Copyright Transfer Agreement of

According to the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant applicable laws and regulations, the author(s) (copyright holder(s)) of the above paper agree to publish the said paper in "China Nonferrous Metallurgy". They voluntarily assign the partial copyright of the paper to the editorial office of the journal free of charge upon acceptance, and the relevant matters are hereby clarified as follows.
1. All authors guarantee that the paper is an original work, without plagiarism or infringement of others' works, and has not been publicly published at home or abroad. There is no simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to multiple publications, and no infringement issues exist. The paper contains no classified information, involves no classified information or leakage of secrets, and does not contain any content that violates laws, regulations, or infringes upon the rights and interests of others. The authorship and order of authors are correct and without dispute. In the event of any infringement, leakage of secrets, or other issues mentioned above, all responsibilities shall be borne by the authors of the paper.
2. All authors agree that, once the above-submitted paper is accepted for publication by the journal, they will gratis transfer to the editorial department of the journal all the rights to reproduce and disseminate the entire paper as well as the figures, tables, abstracts, or any other extractable parts thereof—including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, distribution, communication through information networks, performance, translation, compilation, and adaptation.
3. All authors agree that the above-submitted paper for journal publication will be published in China Nonferrous Metallurgy, and they hereby gratuitously transfer the copyright of the paper (including the copyright in all media and formats) to the editorial department of the journal, as well as consent to the inclusion of this paper in relevant domestic and foreign abstracting and indexing systems.
4. The authors shall not independently exercise or authorize any third party to use in any form the rights assigned in Article 2 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the authors may quote or translate parts of the paper in their subsequent works, or compile such parts in their non-journal anthologies.
5. This Agreement shall take effect on the date when all authors sign it. After signing, the authors shall mail the paper copy of the Agreement or send the electronic copy thereof to this journal via email, and acknowledge that the electronic copy of the Agreement shall have the same legal effect as the paper copy. If the submitted paper is ultimately not accepted for publication, this Agreement shall automatically become null and void.
