    摘要:

    随着小型电子设备以及新能源汽车产业的蓬勃发展,退役锂离子电池数量逐年递增,废旧锂离子电池的回收成为目前新能源产业重要的发展方向。我国作为全球新能源汽车生产和消费大国,产业链相关企业纷纷布局锂离子电池回收以响应国家战略,其中,钴酸锂作为应用范围最广、应用最成功的正极材料之一,其回收工艺研发备受科研人员的关注。本文结合钴酸锂正极材料行业现状,对采用不同工艺处理废旧钴酸锂正极材料的经济效益以及环境友好性进行分析,为企业的前沿布局提供借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    With the vigorous development of small electronic equipment and new energy vehicle industry, the number of decommissioned lithium-ion batteries has increased year by year. The recycling of waste lithium-ion batteries has become an important strategic direction of the new energy industry. As a major producer and consumer of new energy vehicles in the world, enterprises related to the industrial chain have successively deployed lithium-ion battery recycling in response to the national strategy. Among them,lithium cobaltate is one of the most widely used and successful cathode materials, and its recycling process research and development has attracted the attention of researchers. Combined with the status-quo of lithium cobaltate cathode material industry, this paper analyzes the economic benefits and environmental friendliness of waste lithium cobaltate cathode materials treated by different processes, which can be a reference for the frontier layout of the enterprise.
