1 Peer review principle
1) The principles of fairness, impartiality, confidentiality, and timeliness should be adhered to;
2) The evaluation of the submitted manuscript will only be based on its academic merit, without making personal judgments or engaging in personal attacks;
3) Respect different academic viewpoints and firmly resist academic misconduct.
2 Responsibilities of review experts
1) Fill in review comments for the reviewed manuscripts on time and provide feedback to the editorial department within the specified timeframe. If there is any delay due to objective factors, the editorial department should be informed promptly.
2) If academic misconduct is found in a paper, it should be reported to the editorial department truthfully, and impolite, derogatory, or biased comments should not be published;
3) If a paper is to provide an objective evaluation of research directions that are unfamiliar or subject to potential conflicts of interest, the reviewer may recuse themselves from the review process.
4) All review comments and information must be kept confidential and shall not be used for personal purposes. They shall not be circulated or discussed with others, and the data, viewpoints, and conclusions of the reviewed manuscripts shall not be used or published. If they are to be used, the consent of the author must be obtained.
3. Peer review content
The experts involved in peer review for this journal conduct objective and impartial evaluations primarily focusing on the innovation, practicality, scientific rigor, and significance of the manuscript. The main aspects evaluated include: (1) whether the content of the manuscript is novel and possesses publication value; (2) whether the article content is objective and truthful, and whether the experimental data can withstand verification; (3) whether the discussion is objective and impartial, and whether the argumentation and evidence are rigorous and sufficient; (4) whether the discussion and conclusions are reasonable; (5) whether the citations of references are necessary and reasonable; (6) whether the text expression and use of charts and figures are appropriate; (7) providing suggestions for revising errors and structure in the text; Wait.
4. Other matters
1) All papers are submitted through the online submission system (CNKI system), and the editorial department organizes rigorous peer review (single-blind, double-blind, or multiple-blind).
2) Each paper is processed for an average of 1 to 2 months. Authors can check the progress and results of their paper's review in the submission system.
3) Authors do not need to pay additional paper review fees, and only publication fees will be charged for accepted papers.
