Abstract:A lead-zinc oxide ore in Yunnan Province is directly treated by the existing smelting process with high cost, this ore can be pre-concentrated by mineral processing, which provides favorable conditions for economic development and utilization of the ore. In this paper, pre-concentration of the ore is carried out through a method of mineral processing, the experimental results show that the effective pre-concentration of the ore can be achieved by the principle process of “sulfur before oxygen, lead before zinc”, the lead grade of the ore is increased from 5.28% to 10.63%, and the zinc grade of the ore is increased from 11.40% to 22.94% on the premise that the loss rates of lead and zinc are 10.88% and 8.61% respectively.

Abstract:Based on the problems of poor ventilation conditions in Sareke copper mine, single wing ventilation and double wing ventilation are adopted, check the total air volume from four aspects, the control of ventilation system is studied. The results show that no short circuit, air leakage, turbulence, stagnation, cross flow and reverse flow are found, the design of the ventilation system is simple, which ensures that the mine underground operators have a good working environment, can breathe fresh air, reduce the toxic and harmful gases and dust hazards produced by truck exhaust and gun smoke, and ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.

Abstract:By combining the modified Mathews stability graph and FLAC3D numeral simulation software, the authors make an optimization study on stope layout and structure parameters in a gold mine, five kinds of feasible optimization scheme are designed according to mining method and morphology of ore body, through this study, rational stope layout and sizes of room stope and pillar stope are determined from five schemes, which ensure the safety under the condition of high extraction efficiency, this study is a good reference to similarly design and productive work.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of large area roof hanging in goaf when mining hard roof coal seam, the deep hole blasting method is proposed to weaken the roof, so the hard roof can collapse in time after mining. The research shows that if no weakening measures are taken in 12108 fully mechanized face, it is estimated that the first pressure step is 59.5m, a large area of roof hanging in the goaf will bring a significant threat to the safety of working face. After field application, the first pressure step of working face is 26.2m, the dynamic load coefficient is 1.35, the pressure step is short, and the weighting strength is significantly reduced, which creates a good condition for the initial mining of working face

Abstract:In order to realize the safe mining, 501101 fully mechanized top coal caving face passing through DF27 fault is taken as the engineering background, it is proposed to reinforce the surrounding rock of fault fracture zone by advanced grouting in the mining roadway and auxiliary grouting in the working face, and the grouting reinforcement scheme is designed. After field application, the advancing speed of working face is kept at 6m/d,the roof and coal wall keep stable when the working face passes through the fault. The grouting reinforcement scheme not only does not affect the working face, but also creates good conditions for the working face.

Abstract:In this paper, when 1606 fully mechanized coal mining face passes through X3 collapse pillar, the coal and roof strata are broken, the roof management measures of grouting reinforcement and arrangement of bumping wedge are put forward, the layout technical scheme is described in detail. In field application, the mining speed of working face is increased from 3.2m/d to 4.5m/d, avoid roof pressure. After grouting and wedge support, the coal wall and roof of the working face remain stable, the working face took 10 days to pass through the collapse column, and achieved remarkable application results.

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of power supply system of local fan in underground driving face, taking the power supply of local fan in 2201 and 2203 driving roadway of a mine in Shanxi Province as the research object, through improving the power supply of underground local fan, the power supply reliability of local fan is effectively improved, after the completion of the transformation, there was no unplanned shutdown accident of the local fan, which significantly improved the air supply quality of the heading face. The research results can provide reference for other mine local fan power supply transformation.

Abstract:Based on an example of the upstream water retaining dam heightening project for the tailings pond heightening, aiming at the requirements that there is a road on the dam crest to reserve and there is a large number of waste rock near the site to use, against the problem that the dam foundation has deposited thick fine tailings soil, the heightening scheme of using inclined wall earth dam and the dam foundation treatment method of riprap compaction combined with dynamic compaction replacement are recommended, the safety of the heightening scheme and the dam foundation treatment method is verified through the seepage and stability of dam, porosity measurement of dam fill and measured settlement data of the dam.

After field application, the comprehensive extraction rate of coal seam gas can reach more than 50%, and the gas in the air return roadway and upper corner of the working face is within the safe range.
