      Abstract:Digitization and intelligence promote the rapid development of various industries in society, but the development of the mining industry is still in the stage of automation and mechanization. How to accelerate the development of the mining industry and achieve the matching of its technological and economic development with the overall stage of social development has become an urgent need for the industry. This article summarizes the development status of the domestic mining industry and the status of mine construction technology, summarizes the core content of smart mine construction, and analyzes the development contradictions of mine construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current actual application status of TBM projects, this article discusses in detail the feasibility of applying TBM to metal mine ramps from the aspects of TBM adaptability, mine ramp characteristics, and TBM application difficulties. In the future, as the technology becomes more mature and the economic advantages become more obvious, TBM technology can shorten the mine infrastructure construction period and solve the contradiction in the development of mining enterprises, it has a broad potential market for application in mine shaft engineering.

      Abstract:Based on the typicality analysis of copper smelting slag beneficiation, this paper summarized the general measures to obtain good technical and economic indicators, such as high temperature slow cooling of slag ladle, pre-crushing, semi autogenous grinding process, stage-grinding and stage-separation, cancellation of separate regrinding of middling, combination of reagent, iron recovery by magnetic separation and improvement of filtration performance. this paper puts forward the typical process applicable for slag beneficiation as follows: “Primary ore crushing+Semi-autogenous grinding+Coarse grinding+Speed flotation+Regrinding+Multiple flotation+Tailings magnetic separation”, this process has good technical and economic indexes and can be popularized in similar projects.

      Abstract:To ensure the safety of mine production,improve the level of resource utilization and extend the service life of the tailings pond,a full tailing cemented filling system is designed and constructed. Since the system has been put into use for many years,the filling capacity, slurry concentration and filling body strength meet the design requirements,the filling capacity, slurry concentration and filling body strength meet the design requirements, the technological specifications are stable. The successful application of the full tailings cemented filling system in Xitieshan lead-zinc mine has provided key technical support for the safe production of Xitieshan lead-zinc mine, and it has also provided benefits for the green, safe, efficient and economic mining of similar large-scale nonferrous mines in China.

      Abstract:In order to improve the environmental protection standard of a gold concentrator, increase ore processing capacity, the original process of mixed bearing all slime cyanidation carbon slurry process in the concentrator was transformed into Nielsen gravity separation mixed flotation process. Through technical transformation and chemical technology, such as replacing the straight line division and canceling the mixing process, the ore processing capacity is increased from 450t/d to 700t/d,the recovery rate of Nielsen gravity separation reaches 52.74%, the comprehensive recovery rate of gold is 96.60%, and the production index is good.

      Abstract:In order to prevent spontaneous combustion in the goaf of 10105 working face, by analyzing the principle of grouting (glue) fire prevention technology, according to the specific conditions of the goaf and the characteristics of the grouting (glue) construction process, determine the grouting (glue) fire prevention plan the position of the final hole of the drilling hole, the spreading radius of the grout, the distance between the holes, the arrangement of the holes, the grouting (glue) material and the grouting (glue) sequence and other parameters, and monitoring operations during the grouting (glue) process. The results show that after the grouting (glue) project is implemented, the CO concentration in the goaf is greatly reduced, and the CO concentration is reduced to a reasonable range.

      Abstract:In order to avoid the safety problems caused by the large area collapse of the overlying rock in the goaf during the mining period of the fully mechanized working face with hard roof, taking 1501 fully mechanized working face as engineering background, based on the analysis of No.5 coal seam roof strata,combined with the practical application, the paper puts forward the technology of weakening hard roof by deep hole blasting. After field application, the first weighting step of the roof is shortened to 19.5m, and there will be no large area hanging in the goaf, which creates good conditions for the production of the working face.

      Abstract:In order to solve the problem of gas control in outburst mine,taking 1151 fully mechanized working face of a mine in Guizhou as the research object,in view of the high gas content of this coal seam and its adjacent coal seam, the absolute gas emission during mining is relatively large, the phenomenon of affecting the normal advance of working face, this paper puts forward the comprehensive construction technology of gas drainage in coal seam, gas drainage in high-level borehole, gas drainage in goaf, gas drainage by buried pipe in upper corner and end plugging in goaf. The results show that, the technology can effectively eliminate the threat of gas outburst in working face, during the working face mining, 1151 fully mechanized working face did not appear gas outburst and overrun phenomenon, the safety of the working face has been reliably guaranteed.

      Abstract:The special investigation project of Guangzhou rail transit line 12 carries out the investigation of coal mine goaf along the project by means of geophysical exploration and micromotion, and basically finds out the distribution characteristics of coal seams along the project, basically explores the distribution, spatial form, filling situation and overburden type of goaf along the project, basically finds out the buried depth, specific height and development status of caving zone, fracture zone and bending zone caused by goaf, preliminarily evaluates the stability of goaf and its suitability for urban construction, and puts forward feasible Suggestions for construction. Based on this, this paper analyzes the urban geological hazards in the mine goaf of Jiahe Mining area in Guangzhou, which enriches the theory of urban geological hazards and provides guidance or reference for disaster management in the urban goaf.
