In order to improve the reliability of power supply system of local fan in underground driving face, how to use the statistical method correctly and apply it to the quality control work is a practical problem that the managers in charge of the quality control work need to solve. This paper describes the application and calculation process of statistical methods commonly used in the internal quality control of coal laboratory, in order to improve the effect of internal quality control of coal laboratory.
