In this paper, through extensive research, field tests and other means，the problem of coring and plugging in complex formation is deeply studied，the influencing factors and main causes of coring plugging were analyzed, the preventive measures are put forward and the coring management is optimized, which effectively improves the coring efficiency of complex formation.
