    在煤层开采过程中,巷道围岩变形严重且支护困难的问题突出,极大地影响了煤矿的安全生产与高效作业。本文以西山煤矿36405工作面为具体工程背景,设计出3种巷道支护方案,运用Midas数值模拟软件,对这3种不同支护方案下巷道的围岩变形情况、应力分布状态以及塑性区分布范围进行了细致的比较分析。经全面评估,最终成功确定了优选支护方案并开展现场试验。现场试验表明,巷道围岩顶底板和两帮围岩变形基本稳定在23.6mm和15.2mm,验证了方案3的合理性。

    Abstract:

    In the process of coal seam mining, the problems of serious deformation of the roadway perimeter rock and the difficulty of support are prominent, which greatly affect the safe production and efficient operation of the coal mine.In this paper, we take 36405 working face of Xishan coal mine as a specific engineering background and carry out an in-depth research.We designed three types of roadway support schemes, and used Midas numerical simulation software to make a detailed comparative analysis of the deformation of the surrounding rock, the state of stress distribution, and the distribution range of the plastic zone in the roadway under these three different support schemes.After comprehensive evaluation, the preferred support scheme was finally determined and field tests were carried out. The field test shows that the deformation of the top and bottom slabs and the two sides of the tunnel enclosure is basically stable at 23.6mm and 15.2mm, which verifies the reasonableness of option 3.
