    摘要:

    近年来,针对选矿过程中原矿入选品位偏低和选矿费用偏高等关键问题,矿石预选技术日益受到选矿行业的关注,并在有色金属矿选矿中得到越来越多的应用。重介质预选技术的优势在于:减少进入磨矿与浮选流程的矿量,提升原矿品位,有效节约尾矿库库容。本文首先对重介质选矿技术进行简要介绍,进而详细阐述新疆某锂铍稀有金属矿重介质预选的实际应用案例,旨在为业界在锂铍稀有金属矿领域应用重介质选矿技术提供有价值的参考。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, in view of the key problems of low grade of raw ore and high mineral processing cost in the process of mineral processing, the ore preseparation technology has been paid more and more attention by the mineral processing industry, and has been more and more applied in the non-ferrous metal ore processing. The advantages of heavy medium preseparation technology are: reducing the amount of ore entering the grinding and flotation process, improving the grade of raw ore, and effectively saving the storage capacity of tailings pond. In this paper, the heavy medium mineral processing technology is briefly introduced, and then the practical application case of heavy medium preconcentration of a lithium beryllium rare metal mine in Xinjiang is described in detail, aiming to provide valuable reference for the application of heavy medium mineral processing technology in the field of lithium beryllium rare metal mine.
