    有机高分子絮凝剂已在铜绿山矿使用多年,但由于目前市场上絮凝剂生产厂家和产品种类多,采购价格也存在差异,增加了絮凝剂选型及采购应用难度。为筛选出适合铜绿山矿全尾矿沉降的絮凝剂类型,降低絮凝剂成本消耗,本文针对市场上4种畅销品牌的高分子絮凝剂及现场生产用絮凝剂开展溶解试验和沉降对比试验,并在试验研究的基础上进行了生产成本测算。研究结果表明:在18g/t用量条件下,五种絮凝剂的尾矿沉降速度快慢顺序为:YD-6>A556>A345>JC186>3660DF,且沉降速度快的,沉降层浓度也越高,其中沉降效果较好的三种絮凝剂A345、A556、YD-6的最佳用量分别为21g/t、18g/t、18g/t,最终综合考虑絮凝剂试验效果和生产成本消耗,推荐选择YD-6絮凝剂,生产用量为18g/t。

    Abstract:

    Organic polymer flocculant has been used for many years in Tonglushan mine, but because there are so many manufacturers and product variety for flocculant and the purchase price is also different on the market at present, which has increased the difficulty of flocculant selection and procurement and application. In order to screen out the suitable flocculant type for total tailing settlement of Tonglushan mine and reduce the cost of flocculant, the solubility test in water and settlement comparison test has been carried out between four kinds of best-selling brands polymer flocculants on the market and flocculants used in production site, then the production cost has been calculated on the basis of the experimental research in this paper. The research results show that under the dosage of 18g/t, the tailing settlement speed for the five kinds of flocculants from fast to slow is arranged in the following order: YD-6, A556, A345, JC186, 3660DF. And when the settlement speed is faster, the concentration of settlement layer is higher. Among which the best dosage for three kinds of flocculants at A345, A556, YD-6 with better settlement effect are 21g/t, 18g/t, 18g/t, respectively. Finally, considering the test effect and production cost consumption of flocculant, the flocculant of YD-6 is recommended, and the production dosage is 18g/t.
