    露天转地下开采时,盘区矿柱能够承受上覆岩层荷载,对开采区域围岩稳定性具有重要的影响。为保证地下开采生产安全,本文采用数值模拟方法,根据无人机航拍得到影像数据生成三维实景模型,建立三维矿山数值模型,在盘区之间布置不同宽度的条形矿柱,对宽度分别为20m、30m、40m以及34m与26m交替布置四种盘区矿柱进行尺寸对比分析研究。通过对比盘区矿柱应力分布和塑性分布特征,发现随着矿柱宽度的增大,塑性破坏分布区域减少,最大主应力值降低,能够有效保护开采区域的稳定性。模拟结果表明,矿柱宽度为34m与26m交替的方案最优,研究结果可为类似开采条件下的矿柱设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    When transferring from open-pit to underground mining, the pillar in the panel area can withstand the load of the overlying rock layer, which has a significant impact on the stability of the rock mass in the mining area. To ensure the safety of underground mining production, this study uses numerical simulation methods to generate a three-dimensional real-scene model based on the image data obtained from drone aerial photography. A three-dimensional mine numerical model is established, and different width strip pillars are arranged between panels. Four types of panel pillars with widths of 20m, 30m, 40m, 34m, and 26m are compared and analyzed for size. By comparing the stress distribution and plastic distribution characteristics of the pillar in the panel area, it was found that as the pillar width increases, the plastic failure distribution area decreases, and the maximum principal stress value decreases. This can effectively protect the stability of the mining area, and the optimal plan with a pillar width of 34m and 26m alternating is obtained. The research results can provide a reference for pillar design under similar mining conditions.
