花岗斑岩破坏过程声发射及应力特性研究

    摘要:

    采用声发射手段对某铁矿区花岗斑岩围岩的三轴压缩过程进行监测,获得岩样破坏过程的声发射特性。通过绘制花岗斑岩应力圆拟合摩尔包线,求得试样黏聚力为18.68MPa,内摩擦角为54.268°。分析不同围压下花岗斑岩三轴压缩的应〖JP9〗力-应变曲线以及相应声发射能量、事件数、累积事件数变化特征曲线,发现裂隙初始应力和裂隙贯通应力分别对应声发射能量和事件数变化特征的第一个与第二个峰值,峰值应力则对应着声发射信号变化特征最高峰。绘制特征应力强度拟合线,发现裂隙初始应力受围压影响小,裂隙贯通应力受围压影响大。研究得到力学特性和声发射参数与岩石破裂之间的关系,可以为矿山开采和以花岗岩为围岩的工程等研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The acoustic emission (AE) technique was used to monitor the triaxial compression process of granite porphyry rock in an iron ore district, and the AE characteristics of the failure process of rock samples were obtained. The Mohr’s envelope was fitted by drawing the stress circle of granite-porphyry, and the cohesion of the sample was 18.68MPa, and the internal friction angle was 54.268°. By analyzing the stress-strain curves of granite porphyry under triaxial compression under different confining pressures and the characteristic curves of acoustic emission energy, event number and cumulative event number, it was found that the initial stress and the fracture breakthrough stress correspond to the first and second peak values of acoustic emission energy and event number. And the peak stress corresponds to the highest peak value of acoustic emission signal. Drawing the fitting line of characteristic stress intensity, it was found that the initial stress of fracture was less affected by confining pressure, and the fracture transfixion stress was greatly affected by confining pressure. The relationship between mechanical properties and AE parameters and rock fracture was obtained, which can provide reference for mining and engineering research with granite as surrounding rock.
