回采巷道围岩变形远程多源监测与控制研究

    回采巷道围岩的变形和破坏是制约煤炭安全、高效生产的主要因素之一,精准的巷道围岩变形检测技术与高效的巷道支护技术是井下煤炭资源正常开采的重要保障。为了有效控制巷道围岩变形,保证煤炭资源的安全高效生产,对巷道围岩变形和控制技术的研究显得尤为重要。本文结合现场原位监测,理论分析,数据处理和数值模拟等相结合的手法,对巷道围岩的岩性进行了物理力学分析,并找出巷道发生变形的内在原因。运用顶板离层仪和钻孔应力传感器对巷道围岩进行了多源监测,并针对监测数据,结合远程分析技术,及时、精准的分析出巷道围岩应力分布与位移变化特征。依据围岩移动特征,设计出科学、合理的巷道围岩控制方案,并采用有限元仿真软件FLAC3D模拟检验控制效果。钻孔应力计数据显示巷道副帮沿着远离巷道的方向,围岩应力呈现先增大后减小的趋势;顶板离层仪数据显示出在巷道应力增高区,采动影响并没有引发严重的顶板离层现象。数值模拟结果表明巷道围岩控制方案使巷道原有的变形量减少了50%,从而有效控制巷道围岩的变形。所得到的巷道围岩变形监测与控制理论,为巷道围岩变形控制提供理论依据与借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The deformation and destruction of roadway surrounding rock is one of the main factors restricting the safe and efficient production of coal. Effective roadway surrounding rock deformation detection means and supporting technology are important guarantees for the normal mining of underground coal resources. In order to ensure the safe and efficient production of coal resources, it is particularly important to study the deformation and control technology of roadway surrounding rock. Combined with in-situ monitoring, theoretical analysis, data processing and numerical simulation, the lithology analysis of roadway surrounding rock was carried out, and the internal causes of roadway deformation were deduced. Then the roof separation instrument and borehole stress sensor were used for multi-source monitoring of roadway surrounding rock, and the monitoring data were analyzed remotely. According to the analysis results of data monitoring, a scientific and reasonable roadway surrounding rock control scheme is designed, and the control effect is tested by FLAC3D numerical simulation method. The borehole stress gauge data show that the surrounding rock stress increases first and then decreases along the side wall away from the roadway. The data of roof separation instrument show that the mining influence does not cause serious roof separation phenomenon in the area of roadway stress increase. The numerical simulation results show that the surrounding rock control scheme can reduce the original deformation of roadway by 50%, so as to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock. The study on monitoring and control of roadway surrounding rock deformation provides a theoretical basis for roadway surrounding rock deformation control.
