    为明确薄煤层半煤岩巷道变形破坏规律,以岔河联营煤矿为工程背景,通过理论分析研究了导致半煤岩巷道变形破坏的根本原因,通过数值模拟分析了不同煤岩比例下的半煤岩巷道破坏变形规律。结果表明:半煤岩巷道变形破坏很大程度取决于巷道埋深和围岩内聚力,且巷道两帮煤层部分最先发生破坏,其破坏深度大于巷道其他部分围岩;随半煤岩巷道煤岩比例的增加,巷道围岩形成的塑性区范围也越来越大,巷道围岩形成的高应力范围越大,巷道两帮水平位移明显增加,位移峰值主要集中在巷道两帮煤层部分,巷道围岩整体位移量也逐渐增加,特别是巷道两帮煤层部分。因此,半煤岩巷道煤岩比例的增加更容易造成巷道结构失稳,研究成果可半煤岩巷道参数布置提供一定的理论指导。

    Abstract:

    In order to clarify the deformation and failure law of semi-coal rock roadway in thin coal seam, taking Chahe Coalmine as the engineering background, the fundamental cause of deformation and failure of semi-coal rock roadway is studied through theoretical analysis, and the failure and deformation law of semi-coal rock roadway under different coal-rock ratio is analyzed through numerical simulation. The results show that the deformation and failure of semi-coal roadway largely depend on the buried depth of roadway and the cohesion of surrounding rock, and the coal seam of two sides of roadway is the first to fail, and its failure depth is greater than that of other surrounding rock of roadway. With the increase of the proportion of coal to rock in semi-coal roadway, the plastic zone of surrounding rock becomes larger and larger, the range of high stress formed by surrounding rock becomes larger, and the horizontal displacement of two sides of roadway increases significantly. The peak displacement is mainly concentrated in the two sides of roadway coal seam, and the overall displacement of surrounding rock also increases gradually, especially the two sides of roadway coal seam. The increase of the proportion of coal and rock in semi-coal roadway is more likely to cause the roadway structure instability, the research results can provide some theoretical guidance for parameter layout of semi-coal roadway.
