    为确保萨热克铜矿分段空场嗣后充填采矿法采场稳定性,确定合适的采场结构及充填工艺参数,基于均匀实验设计方法,采用FLAC3D软件分别模拟了矿房顶底部充填高度,顶底部水灰比强度和中间层水灰比强度三个因素开采效果的影响,得到顶板位移、底板位移与顶底板充填高度、顶底板水灰比、中间充填层水灰比关系式。结果表明,顶底板充填高度越大,水灰比越大则顶板位移越小,即充填效果越好。推荐矿山采用灰砂比为1∶6充填料对采场进行嗣后充填,可有效控制采场围岩变形,确保采场稳定。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure that the stability of sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling of Sareke copper mine,and to determine the suitable stope structure and the filling process parameters, based on uniform design method, experiments respectively using FLAC3D to simulate the filling height, at the bottom of the mine roof water cement ratio at the bottom of the top strength and middle tier intensity of water-cement ratio, and the effects of three factors in mining. The measured displacement of roof, floor and roof and floor filling height, roof and floor, water cement ratio, intermediate water cement ratio relation between the filling layer. The results showed that the roof and floor filling height, the greater the water cement ratio, the greater the roof displacement is smaller, the filling effect is better. Recommended mining using contrast filling material for 1∶6 for stope filling,later can effectively control the stope wall rock deformation, to ensure the stope stability.
