    摘要:

    为解决矩形巷道顶板因应力集中易产生冒顶破坏问题,以安居煤矿C2316工作面运输巷为研究背景,采用理论计算、数值模拟等得出了巷道失稳破坏的原因,并通过支护优化进行改善。结果表明,通过理论计算得出巷道顶板松动圈的高度为Ls=3m,两帮的松动圈宽度为Le=2.5m,原支护方案锚杆长度未穿过巷道松动圈。因此,提出了将巷道顶板锚杆支护改为全锚索支护,帮部锚杆长度由1800mm换成3000mm方案后。经现场实践,巷道顶板移近量、两帮收敛量分别达到30mm,28mm,巷道围岩变形量得到有效控制,满足安全生产要求。

    Abstract:

    To solve the roof caving of rectangular roadway caused by concentrated stress, a research was carried out based on the haulage roadway at C2316 working face of Anju Coal Mine. By adopting theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and other methods, the reasons for the roadway instability have been found and support measures have been proposed for improvement. The results of the theoretical calculation show that the height of the relaxation zone over the roadway roof is Ls=3m, the width of the relaxation zone on the two sides of the roadway is Le=2.5m, the rock bolts in the original support scheme are not long enough to reach the relaxation zone. Thus, it’s proposed to change the support scheme of the roof from bolt support to anchor cable support, and change the bolt length on the two sides from 1800mm to 3000mm. Site practice shows that the roof-to-floor and side-to-side convergences are 30mm and 28mm respectively, proving the deformation of the roadway surrounding rocks has been effectively controlled and safety production requirement can be met.
