On the basis of a brief introduction to the laws and regulations faced by international mining investment and development, this paper analyzes the composition, main sources and classification of mining rules and standards related to international mining investment, and gives a brief introduction to the main content of representative technical rules and environmental and social rules as well as the main features thereof.
