    摘要:

    为了提高带式输送机运行效率并降低设备能耗,提出一种基于计算机视觉技术的带式输送机智能调速控制系统,并在1506运输大巷带式输送机中进行工业应用。结果表明:(1)将计算机视觉技术应用到输送机煤流量监测中具有监测点布置便捷、监测结果可信度高等优点,同时也可为后续矿井带式输送机无人值守提供一定基础。(2)将模糊控制应用到带式输送机智能阶梯调速中,依据运输的煤炭变化情况制定合理的煤流量、运输速度区间,不仅可满足工作面煤炭运输需要而且可避免输送机频繁调速带来的电动机故障率增高等问题。在1506运输大巷现场应用后,该智能阶梯调速控制系统控制带式输送机长时间保持3.5m/s运输速度,同时可依据输送煤炭量变化对运行速度进行智能调整,不仅满足了煤炭运输需要而且显著降低了输送机能耗。

    Abstract:

    To improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption of belt conveyor, an intelligent speed control system of belt conveyor based on computer vision technology is put forth and applied to belt conveyors in the 1506 main roadway. The results show that: (1) applying the computer vision technology to coal flow monitoring of conveyor has such advantages as convenient arrangement of monitoring points and highly reliable monitoring results. Besides, this can provide certain basis for the subsequent unattended belt conveyor in the mine. (2) Applying fuzzy control to the intelligent tiered speed control of belt conveyor and formulating reasonable ranges of coal flow and conveying speed based on changes in coal amount, which not only meets the needs of coal conveyance in the working face, but also avoids issues such as a high failure rate of motors as a result of frequent speed control of conveyors. After adopted by the site of 1506 main roadway, this intelligent tiered speed control system can control the speed of belt conveyor at 3.5m/s for a long time, and make intelligent adjustments to the speed based on changes in coal amount, which not only satisfies the need of coal conveyance but also remarkably reduces energy consumption of conveyor.
