    摘要:

    均压通风技术在90年代曾作为一种先进的治理瓦斯等有害气体手段,在全国进行过推广。但均压通风技术在治理瓦斯的同时引起的负面效应也不容忽视,一旦升压风机停电或故障,工作面有毒有害气体浓度会在短时间内升高,造成瓦斯超限。为了解决无均压条件下工作面瓦斯治理的难题,忻州窑矿通过认真分析瓦斯来源以及工作面配风情况,采取了利用矿井主扇全负压引流方法,利用封堵气囊对头、尾端头进行封堵,引进新型压风引射流器,利用相邻采空区密闭的措施孔、观测孔、排水孔连接排放管路释放邻近采空区内有害气体以及积极筹建瓦斯抽放系统等多种手段,解决了无均压条件下瓦斯等有害气体的治理难题。

    Abstract:

    Applied as an advanced approach to control the noxious gas, like gas, pressure balanced ventilation technology was widely popularized in the 1990s. However, the adverse effects can not be neglected, because once the booster fans are powered off or malfunctioning, the concentration of the noxious gas in certain work-face would be raised up immediately and over the limit of gas in a short time. Through conscious analysis of the origin of gas and the air distribution of certain work-face, Xinzhou coal mine applied several effective approaches to solve the problem of controlling the noxious gas under the condition of none pressure balance ventilation. The approaches are as follows: full negative pressure drainage through the main mine fans; sealing off the opposite end and tail end of air bag; introducing the compressed air ejector; releasing the noxious gas in the nearby mined-out area by connecting the emission pipelines with the measure holes, observation holes, and drainage holes in nearby mined-out area and constructing actively the gas drainage system.
