In this paper, taking a coal mine as an example, the pressure relief gas drainage of protective seam mining is studied, the problem between coal and gas protective layer is expected to be solved, promote the effective reduction of gas content per ton of coal in the protected layer, so as to provide a reliable protection layer for mining.
