Abstract:Pulang Copper Mine of Yunnan Diqing Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. is the multi-metal super large porphyry copper mine. The results of process mineralogy analysis show that the copper minerals mainly lost in the +0.074mm and -0.025mm fractions, and the +0.074mm fraction is mainly copper-containing intergrowth. The large-scale high-efficiency flotation machine technology was used to study the re-concentration of flotation tailings in Pulang copper mine. The results show that the best results was achieved by returning the concentrate of HIF-680 flotation machine to rougher in main flow after regrinding. The rougher recovery increased by 1.25 percentage points, and the optimum grinding fineness of regrinding was -0.074mm accounting for 77.64%. The tailings reconcentration project based on large-scale high-efficiency flotation machine technology improves the utilization rate of resources and creates considerable economic benefits for the plant.

Abstract:Mixing and stirring is an important pre-treatment process before mineral flotation, which can clean the surface of mineral particles, create good particle suspension conditions, fully mix and contact mineral particles with flotation reagents, thereby saving reagent dosage and improving flotation indicators. Research has shown that the appropriate flow field environment and process parameters in the mixing tank play an important role in the mixing effect. In order to better study the motion law of fluid in the stirred tank and the mechanism of action between reagents and mineral particles, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to numerically simulate the mixing process, and combined with experimental methods,researchers have already done a lot of scientific research work. This article provides a brief introduction to the numerical simulation technology of solid-liquid mixing involved in the slurry mixing process, reviews the research and achievements of previous researchers using CFD technology in the field of flotation slurry mixing, and prospects the research direction of CFD technology in the flotation slurry mixing process.

Abstract:Solar energy, as a renewable green and clean energy, has been applied on a large scale all over the world. However, according to research shows that the service life cycle of solar cells is generally 25 years, by then, a large number of photovoltaic modules will face scrap. In view of the scrap of silicon solar cell modules, this paper introduces the recycling methods at home and abroad, analyzes the difficulties in the recycling process, and puts forward an automatic process route for recycling waste silicon photovoltaic modules by combining mechanical and high temperature heat treatment technology.

Abstract:With the continuous development of laterite nickel ore, the use of high-pressure acid leaching green and low-cost technology for low-grade nickel ore is gradually being promoted on a large scale. However, how to achieve high production and low consumption control is a prerequisite for high operating rate of key equipment. In the high-pressure leaching of hydrometallurgy, the service life of the flow components of the key equipment high-pressure reactor diaphragm pump is an important factor that directly affects production capacity and cost. This article introduces the current technology in equipment design, operation, maintenance, and improvement, and compares the lifespan of overcurrent components under different working conditions and materials. It provides important reference significance for equipment selection, maintenance, and improvement in subsequent laterite nickel mining projects.

Abstract:In the flue gas purification system of aluminium electrolysis, the operation stability of the equipment is closely related to the electrolytic flue gas purification efficiency, and under the same conditions, the more stable the operation of the equipment, the higher the electrolytic flue gas purification efficiency will be. In this paper, a device that can effectively solve the problem of smoke pipe slag removal in aluminium electrolytic purification system is proposed, which has the characteristics of increasing flue gas flow, improving equipment operation stability, reducing equipment failure, reducing maintenance cost and prolonging the service life of equipment, so that the flue gas purification efficiency has been effectively guaranteed, the environmental protection technical indicators have been improved, and the energy consumption of system operation has been reduced. It provides a new idea and method for the slag removal of aluminium electrolytic smoke pipes.

Abstract:Aiming at the development and application of driverless technology for railway locomotives, this paper adopts multi-sensor fusion perception scheme, deep learning-based target recognition and path planning algorithm, and utilizes 5G+ edge computing technology, intelligent management and control technology, accurate alignment technology, AI+ vision technology, and big data technology. Through the practical application test on the railway line of the railway transport section of Dexing Copper Mine, the results show that the proposed railway transport locomotive unmanned driving system can realize the automatic driving of the electric locomotive, and improve the efficiency and safety of railway transportation.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the process characteristics of the tailings transport system of a large mine, this paper expounds the design idea and method of high-concentration tailings pressure transport. Considering the two core equipment for slurry pipeline transport at present, the process and overall configuration of the slurry pump and diaphragm pump transport schemes are introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are compared and analyzed in terms of engineering investment, operating cost, maintenance and management, environmental impact, etc., and the appropriate transportation scheme is selected. For different tailings transport pressures, this paper proposes general principles for equipment selection of high-concentration and large-flow tailings transport systems. The project we studied also provides reference for tailings transport system design under high-concentration, large-flow, medium-lift conditions.

Abstract:This article explores the applications of multicast and unicast in industrial video surveillance systems. This article analyzes unicast multicast applications based on different network topologies and verifies them through experiments. The main conclusion of this study is that as the number of network nodes continues to increase, multicast algorithms perform better than unicast algorithms, and multicast algorithms can achieve lower network bandwidth utilization.

Abstract:As the non-ferrous enterprises in China accelerate their development of information technology, information security is an important factor that cannot be ignored. CAPTCHA is a reversed Turing test program which could be used to autonomously distinguish between computers and human. A captcha noise reduction recognition algorithm model was designed and implemented, and a common type of CAPTCHAs were identified and analyzed. Studies have shown that for CAPTCHAs with multiple font types are more difficult to identify, thus could be used to improve information security in the non-ferrous industry.

Abstract:The rapid development of 5G, cloud computing, AI and other ICT technologies has provided new development opportunities for traditional mines. Mines are faced with key structural problems such as insufficient resources, increasing mining difficulty, high production cost per unit of ore, and high risk of future labor force, which urgently need to be solved by digital and intelligent means. Narrow rail transportation of raw ore is an important process of mining. The deployment of unmanned electric locomotive is of great significance to the construction of intelligent mine. The synchronous automatic alignment of multi-vehicle bucket in the unmanned electric locomotive is an important link of unmanned driving, and it is also a technical difficulty that unmanned driving needs to break through. This research applies the integration of new technologies such as “laser sensor, liDAR, AI vision, radio frequency beacon, and high precision coding” to complete the complex process of multi-bucket synchronous automatic alignment loading, which can achieve the goal of electric locomotive unmanned driving and production efficiency requirements.

Abstract:Traditional underground 20t shuttle mining cars are driven by electricity, and during operation, cables need to be continuously collected and discharged. There are also problems such as slow transportation speed, inability to transport over long distances, and inconvenience in transferring. If it is simply changed to engine driven, an engine with a power output of over 150kW is required to meet the power demand. However, the external dimensions of an engine with a power output of over 150kW are too large to be arranged in the middle position of the entire shuttle mining vehicle without changing the existing structure. This paper demonstrates the technical solution to solve this problem by using an engine with a power output of 150kW or above and a hydrostatic transmission system.

Abstract:A copper slag Ore-dressing Plant adopts the grinding process flow of semi-automatic grinding ball milling, and the ball mill adopts CITIC Heavy Industries 5.03*7.5m overflow ball mill, the power consumption of ball mill in daily production accounts for more than 40% of the total power consumption of the whole plant. Through a series of technical transformation: optimization and transformation of mill liner, replacement and transformation of mill motor, optimization and replacement of grinding medium, and technical renovation of one stage overflow rapid flotation, the power consumption per ton of ball mill has been effectively reduced, the power consumption per ton of mill has been reduced from 27.27kW·h to 20.71kW·h, and the power consumption per ton of mill has been reduced by 6.56kW·h. According to the calculation of 750000 tons of slag treatment per year and 0.55 yuan/kW·h of electricity cost, 4.92 million kW·h of electricity can be saved per year, and the electricity cost is about 2.706 million yuan, obtaining good economic benefits.
