Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low work efficiency in manual sorting of steel plate cutting pieces, based on the urgent need of a new intelligent production line system in the engineering machinery, this paper designs and develops a vision guided heavy load truss intelligent sorting control system for the field of engineering machinery. The heavy load truss uses servo driven with precise positioning, which has the function of actively avoiding interference, and under the guidance of vision, it can achieve the accurate grasp and orderly stacking of steel plate parts. The operation datas show that the success rate of heavy load truss sorting based on visual guidance is more than 90%, the average rhythm is within 20 minutes for a steel plate, and the average time for a single piece is less than 40 seconds. Compared with the traditional manual sorting for a steel plate with 30~40 minutes on average, this paper effectively improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.

Abstract:The process of sulfurizing the H3AsO3 dissolved in sulphuric acid (55%) with H2S used as sulfidization agent was investigated. It was revealed by the results that H2S could precipitate the arsenious acid in the sulphuric acid successfully and generate amorphous sulfoarsenide. After the sulfidization process, the As content in the sulphuric acid was decreased from 2481.43 ppm to 0.81 ppm which was lower than the As-concentration obtained from theoretical calculation by 2 orders of magnitude. The reason might be that As(III) is reduced into As(II) under excessive H2S which greatly improve the sulphurizing-precipitation of As. It could be concluded that even under the present high H+ concentration, H2S is still an effective sulfidization agent to treat and purify the sulphuric acid. This made it possible to clean the As-polluted sulphuric acid and recover it as a resource.

Abstract:This article uses a high vacuum induction furnace to prepare Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni alloy with elements such as Sc, Zn, B, etc. The anti vulcanization performance of the alloy was analyzed using static immersion testing, dynamic potential scanning, and other characterization methods. The research results indicate that the addition of Sc, Zn, B and other elements can significantly improve the sulfurization resistance of Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni alloy in H2S atmosphere and Na2S solution; The addition of alloying elements not only significantly reduces the self corrosion current and corrosion rate of alloy materials, but also significantly improves their sulfurization resistance. The improvement of material properties is related to factors such as the reduction of alloy micro shrinkage, the preferential reaction between Zn and S, and the formation of passivation film (Sc).

Abstract:The ternary precursor of high nickel single crystal with narrow particle size was prepared by discontinuous method. At the beginning of the reaction, nitrogen was introduced into the reactor to prevent the crystal nucleus from being out of control, and then the precursor was oxidized by air to modify its microstructure. The effects of pH, ammonia concentration and air flow rate on the physical properties of the precursor were investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows: pH 11.2, ammonia concentration 0.1~0.15mol/L, air flow rate 0.5~1m3/h. The ternary precursor Ni0.7Co0.1Mn0.2(OH)2 which prepared under optimal conditions has the characteristics of narrow particle size distribution, high crystallinity, regular primary particle morphology and radiate inside the secondary particle. The first discharge capacity of the cathode material sintered by the precursor and lithium is 180.1mAh/g and the first efficiency is 90.22% under the charge-discharge system of 3.0~4.3V, 0.1C/0.1C.

Abstract:This article introduces the production practice of using oil removal, fine filtration, value adjustment, and MVR evaporation crystallization treatment processes in the treatment of sodium sulfate wastewater. By regulating the solution pretreatment and evaporation system during production and operation, the efficient and stable operation of sodium sulfate wastewater evaporation can be achieved, and the product quality can stably meet the standard requirements.

Abstract:This paper detailly introduce the breakdown mill several pattern in composition, layout and mill body structure for special alloy long product rolling, by contrasting their advantage and disadvantage, confirm that 3-high rolling mill will be sifted out step by step, 2-high reversible mill will be used widely due to it’s high automation and low labour intensity. For 120~180mm square billet, adopting 2-high reversible moving mill as breakdown mill, it is suitable for low production special alloy long product rolling, the product size precision is higher, and surface quality is better.

Abstract:This paper focuses on circular thin-walled cavity parts that can be quickly CNC milled to ensure the quality of the parts. This paper uses Mastercam X automatic programming software for 2D modeling, tool selection, cutting parameters setting, milling toolpath trajectory generation and simulation to generate machining G-code for rapid milling of circular thin-walled cavity parts. The use of Mastercam X for automatic programming and high-speed milling method can avoid complex coordinate value calculation and program errors in manual programming, thus ensuring the machining exactness of parts and can improve the smoothness and efficiency of parts.

Abstract:对于露天高陡边坡提高边坡角可以减少矿山的剥离量,是矿山减少开采成本增加矿山经济效益的重要手段之一。但是随着边坡加陡,会使露天边坡安全性能降低,安全风险增加。中冶铜锌公司巴基斯坦山达克南矿体于2017年12月开采结束,为了增加企业的服务年限以及为寻找新矿体矿产资源赢得时间,对南矿体进行了扩帮研究和设计,提高矿山效益的同时开采风险也进一步增加。本文采用FLAC3D软件数值模拟分析,通过对扩帮前后的边坡进行应力、应变分析。模拟边坡扩帮前后的危险区域,为三维激光扫描仪重点监测位置提供监测依据。通过分析监测数据,对潜在滑坡提供预测预报,保证矿上的安全开采。

Abstract:The purification process is a key step in zinc hydrometallurgy, and obtaining the reaction state of the process in a timely and accurate manner is the basis for realizing the optimal operation of the process. Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) is an important parameter to characterize the degree of oxidation-reduction reaction inside the reactor, which has been used in various industrial processes. In this paper, a set of potential detection system was developed for the cobalt removal process with antimony salts, and a potentiometer protection device was designed for the problem of zinc powder adhesion. The practical application shows that the antimony salt cobalt removal potential detection system developed in this paper can run stably for a long time on site and provide guidance for production.

Abstract:Mining truck loading volume detection is an important part of open-pit transportation. Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and high cost of current truck loading volume detection methods, this paper proposes a truck loading volume detection model integrating VGG16 and least square method. Firstly, images are collected as training and test samples of the model, and the loading rate classification is carried out after image preprocessing; Then the VGG16 network model is used to pre-classify the truck loading images, display the classification results and determine the possibility of each category; Finally, the classification results and the least squares algorithm are used to calculate the truck loading rate. The corresponding system is developed using Python. The experimental results show that the model has relatively high accuracy and stability.

Abstract:This article introduces the characteristics of offgas produced by high arsenic antimony dust during smelting, proposes a scheme for separating arsenic and antimony in the offgas, and conducts experiments in relevant smelters. The article focuses on the design points of the metal filter precipitator in the application of offgas arsenic antimony separation system, and has achieved the expected purpose in practical use, providing reference significance for similar project design.

Abstract:In chemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater treatment, and hydrometallurgical projects, the use of filter presses for physical solid-liquid separation is one of the indispensable processes. Plate and frame filter presses have incomparable advantages in bulk material processing and separation of sticky and fine materials. After the plate and frame filter press action finished, the centralized discharge of the material will cause great pressure on the subsequent conveying system. In designing and actual production process, generally using controlling the process parameters of the materials, or increasing the power of the conveyor to ensure the continuous transportation of solid materials, improve the transmission efficiency, and avoid stacking and overload faults. In this article, through the example of modification demonstration in a project ‘iron and aluminum filter press’ process, to relieve the follow-up process pressure, and eliminate the overload fault by modifying the automatic control program of the filter cakes discontinuous discharge, for reference by similar enterprises in the case of reform needs.

Abstract:Aiming at the high tenor of uranium in the adsorption barren liquor and eluated resin in the ion exchange area of Husab uranium mine in Namibia, laboratory experiments were carried out using strong basic anion resin LXA800. The influence of pH value of the pregnant leach solution on resin adsorption, the influence of adsorption upflow velocity, the influence of uranium tenor of the pregnant leach solution on resin adsorption, the influence of the impurities Fe and Cl in the pregnant leach solution on resin adsorption were studied. Subsequently, a pilot test was carried out to study the resin adsorption fluidization and the availability of the current resin was verified by several cycles of adsorption and elution tests.

Abstract:The balance calculation of high-pressure acid leaching system of laterite ore is the key of the whole system. In this paper, METSIM software is used to simulate and calculate the balance of high-pressure acid leaching system in laterite nickel ore. By calculating the material balance, heat balance and pressure balance of the system, data support is provided for the design of high-pressure acid leaching system, and the software is used to correct the operating parameters under different operating conditions in the actual production process. The balance data obtained can further guide the stability of actual production.

Abstract:This article focuses on the faults that occurred during the dust removal process of a company s 100000 ton copper smelting system smelting electric dust collector. It optimizes and improves the inlet temperature of the electric dust collector, anode plate spacing, oxygen concentration control and electric field power transmission at the inlet of the electric dust collector, modification of the dust accumulation inspection hole in the dust collector ash hopper, and temperature measurement of the overflow spiral cylinder. Abstract:In the production of waste heat boilers for oxygen rich bottom blowing furnaces in our factory, there are problems such as pipe bursts, water leakage, and frequent blockage of convection tube bundles, which seriously restrict production continuity. Conduct research and improvement on the issue of boiler water leakage from two aspects: high-temperature corrosion and smoke erosion; Optimize and solve the problem of boiler blockage from aspects such as process index control and equipment upgrade. After the implementation of the measures, the waste heat boiler achieved safe and stable operation.
