Abstract:It is mining industrial transformation main keynote of the digital transformation and development of digital economy. Many mining enterprises have successively implemented the construction of digital mines or intelligent mines, and the differences in technological characteristics and basic conditions of mines lead to great differences in the results of intelligent mine construction. The paper puts forward the multi-dimensional criteria and overall framework of intelligent construction focusing on the connotation and goal of intelligent mine construction. Its essence is the digital integration of process optimization, production automation and management informatization. It studies the management and control integration production mode and intelligent mine construction path, and finally introduces the production and operation management design system to provide comprehensive guarantee methods for the intelligent construction of the industry.

Abstract:It is an inevitable trend for mining to be more intelligent, given that all kinds of smart mining system represented by the unmanned track haulage system have been put into a wide range of applications. Track haulage is a part with low informatization level in all processes of mine production, and information system is one of the most important contents in its intelligent construction. Based on this background, this paper studies the construction scheme of the unmanned track haulage information system, and discusses the methods of date storage, analysis and management for the data produced during production process. Based on the underlying data collected by the unmanned track haulage system, we can mine data values, better serve mining management, and improve the delicacy management level and intelligence level of mining in the production process of track haulage.

Abstract:This paper introduces the important role that data plays in supporting enterprises to improve their management efficiency. It provides implementation suggestions for principles of data acquisition, data analysis strategy and methods of data display in smart mine construction through smart mining data acquisition, statistical analysis and displays of application cases. Meanwhile, it discusses the common challenges and solutions which enterprises have encountered in the applications of data analysis, and it also put forward application suggestions on how enterprises improve their management efficiency through data analysis.

Abstract:With the promotion of the Internet of Things, digital transformation and intelligent upgrading have been an inevitable trend for all industries. To realize unattended operation for a large number of infrastructure and equipment, robot inspection and maintenance become a crucial part. There are many features of mining and metallurgy, such as the complex structure, diverse equipment, numerous process valves and high risks, etc. Robot inspection only has achieved some application results in certain typical scenarios. This paper provides an overview of the features and application cases of several types of mainstream intelligent inspection robots.

Abstract:Relevant literature with ropeway or cable car as the subject term of the ropeway industry from 1990 to 2021 in the CNKI database was retrieved, and the annual literature output, literature source institutions, authors, source journals, and keywords are analyzed through Citespace, Bibexcel and other software. It is found that the number of ropeway related documents increases year by year which is in a high-speed development stage; in terms of ropeway patents, a number of valuable ropeway technology patents have been reserved; on the whole, the prospect of the industry is optimistic. At present, there are research groups represented by Professor ZHOU Xin-nian of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and research units represented by Beijing Materials Handling Research Institute and China ENFI Engineering Corporation in the industry. However, from the analysis of cooperation among research units, there is inadequate cooperation and communication between different units in the ropeway industry. According to the analysis of source journals, Hoisting and Conveying Machinery has published the most papers related to ropeways. The innovation research of passenger ropeway and ropeway equipment and the exploration of ropeway application in different fields are the current research focus and development focus.

Abstract:At present, the main treatment method of urban domestic waste in China is incineration. Domestic waste in China has high moisture content and low calorific value. During the incineration process, operators need to observe the combustion state of the incinerator at all times and then constantly adjust the operating parameters of the incinerator to ensure normal and stable incineration. Manual judgment is highly subjective and requires a lot of manpower. This paper introduces a diagnosis method of combustion state in waste incinerator based on image recognition. Through image processing and artificial intelligence technology, we can quickly judge the waste combustion state in the incinerator, and connect the recognized flame combustion state to the automatic control system, which can improve the intelligent control level of the waste incinerator. The engineering practice shows that through this method of combustion state diagnosis, the accuracy can reach over 95%.

Abstract:In order to master the flow and heat transfer mechanism of the molten pool of the arc furnace with three electrodes under the action of electromagnetic stirring, the electromagnetic field, flow field and temperature field in the molten pool were simulated and analyzed by using the multi-physical field coupling simulation model, and the simulation method was verified by combining the test results. The results show that the maximum values of magnetic induction intensity, electromagnetic force and Joule heat density in the molten pool occur in the electrode area, which is the main reason why the highest temperature in the area is near the electrode in the molten pool; After the electromagnetic force is applied, the local velocity of the melt near the furnace wall increases, which facilitates the corrosion of the high-temperature melt to the wall. The temperature field calculated by simulation is in good agreement with the test results, and the maximum error is not more than 13.66%, which proves the reliability of the simulation method.

Abstract:This paper uses J Mat Pro software to study the kinetic behavior of phase transformation of typical grinding media, ZQCr12 high-chromium cast balls, and analyzes the effects of the austenitizing temperature and alloy composition on the isothermal transformation and continuous cooling transformation of the cast balls. The results show that the suitable austenitizing temperature of ZQCr12 high-chromium cast balls is 850-1000℃. With the increase of the austenitizing temperature and alloy composition, the TTT and CCT curves of ZQCr12 high-chromium cast balls are shifted to the right, the pearlite transformation and bainite transformation are delayed, and the hardenability of castings is increased, thus martensite can be obtained in a lower range of cooling rate.

Abstract:This paper studies the feasibility of the process of producing metallized nickel matte from secondary nickel concentrate by periodic operation of “oxygen-enriched side-blowing oxidation smelting+centralized reduction of slag”. The results show that the nickel content in the slag can be reduced from 7.63% to 0.66% after centralized reduction treatment, producing metallized nickel matte (Ni+Cu≥76%, Fe<3%, S: 16%-20%), which achieves the goal of the short “melting, iron removal, sulfur reduction” process of secondary nickel concentrate. The optimum process parameters are concentrate with the ratio of oxygen to feed of 10-45Nm3/t and reductant ratio of 0.5%-1%. The periodic operation method of “oxygen-enriched side-blowing bath smelting+centralized reduction of slag” can produce metallized nickel matte, significantly improve the product yield of nickel anode plates, increase the heat utilization rate, production efficiency and capacity, and reduce production cost.

Abstract:Based on the AAO treatment process of a typical urban sewage treatment plant in the north, the phosphorus removal effects of ferrous chloride, ferric chloride and polyaluminum chloride were compared through a pilot test. The results showed that when the coagulant dosage was 30mg/L, the removal rate of total phosphorus (TP) by ferrous chloride was the highest, which could reach about 91%. Based on the results of the pilot test, 30mg/L ferrous chloride was added to the aeration tank at the production site. It was found that after continuously adding ferrous chloride for 58h, TP in effluent was maintained at 0.37-0.44mg/L, and the water quality was stable and up-to-standard. After 68h of stopping dosing, TP in effluent went back to about 2.07mg/L, indicating that ferrous chloride is an effective phosphorus removal agent.

Abstract:A project of lead electrolytic transformation and comprehensive recovery of rare, precious metals of a Hunan enterprise was put into operation in October 2019. The designed electrolysis system treats 100000t of crude lead per year, and the comprehensive recovery system adopts a 2m2 circular vertical side-blowing reduction furnace to treat 6000t/a anode slime generated from crude lead electrolysis and partially from outsourcing. This project is an extension of China ENFI s patented SSC (Side-blowing Submerged Combustion Bath Smelting) technology in the field of rare and precious metal recovery. The design and application of the 2m2 circular vertical side-blowing reduction furnace have yielded practical results of large processing capacity, low energy consumption, low cost, and environmental friendliness. This paper presents the design of the furnace and analyzes and discusses some issues in the context of its production operation.

Abstract:A copper-containing hazardous waste treatment project in Guangxi is required to dispose the As2O3-containing offgas from converting while removing dioxins. To address this environmental requirement, the design of the process combines the dry arsenic collection technology of “quenching+bag-filtering arsenic collection” and the dioxin removal technology of “quenching+activated carbon absorption”. Hence, the coupled process scheme of “quenching/deacification+activated carbon absorption+bag-filtering arsenic collection” is proposed in this paper to treat complex offgas. Since the dew point temperature of offgas is around 150-165℃, close to the required quenching outlet temperature of 170℃, the quenching/deacidification tower is proposed in the design. By spraying in lime slurry through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer, the offgas is quenched while SO3 is removed thus reducing the dew point of the offgas and avoiding pipes and equipment from corrosion. Finally, based on the possible issues in field operation, the coupled process operation is briefly discussed in regard to auxiliary devices, such as the temperature controller, flue cold-blast valve, and atomizer self-cleaning device.

Abstract:This paper addresses the problem of high-temperature corrosion of biomass water-cooled vibrating grate boiler in operation. Taking a biomass power plant boiler as an example, based on the mechanism analysis of high-temperature corrosion, this paper elaborates and analyzes the mitigation scheme of high-temperature corrosion by adding deposition, improving the design of secondary air ducts, and optimizing the heating surface setting. It can provide some experience for similar issues in engineering.

Abstract:With the waste heat power generator set at the core, non-ferrous refineries use the high-temperature steam discharged from the waste heat boiler to drive the turbine generator set for power generation. The generated electricity is directly transmitted to the power grid in the refinery, achieving the reuse of resources and producing direct economic benefits. Correct protective replay configuration and setting calculation are vital to the safe and stable operation of the equipment as well as the whole refinery. This paper takes the waste heat power plant of non-ferrous refineries as an example to illustrate the protective relay calculation of waste heat power plants.

Abstract:This paper introduces the offgas waste heat utilization of the Hanyuan Sihuan Zinc Germanium Comprehensive Recovery Plant and presents the thermal analysis of the waste heat boiler. By comparing the usage amount of the steam from the waste heat boiler with that from the whole plant, the paper believes that power generation from waste heat and low-temperature hydrothermal treatment are better ways to utilize the waste heat of the plant. The economic and social environmental benefits of waste heat utilization are also analyzed.

Abstract:China produces a large number of scrap iron barrels every year that suffer from rusting, deformation, and stubborn chemical residues inside. If discarded at random, they will have a negative impact on the surrounding environment, especially the ones used to contain hazardous waste which could cause serious pollution and must be properly disposed of. Therefore, the standardized recycling of scrap iron barrels can not only save resources, energy, and production costs, but also protect the ecological environment, bringing economic and environmental benefits. The use of scrap iron barrel recycling equipment with high automation level and large processing capacity is conducive to improving product quality, bettering the working environment, reducing environmental pollution, and saving energy. The reconditioned iron barrels then can be sold out and reused as packaging barrels, which accords with the requirements of circular economy and low-carbon economy.

Abstract:This paper takes Emerson DeltaV system and INVT GD350 VFD (variable-frequency drive) communication as an example, through software configuration and communication parameter setting, to illustrate the specific implementation method of Profibus DP communication protocol. Profibus DP communication features simple wiring and convenient parameter setting, thus it is highly reliable and widely applied.
