Abstract:In view of the urgent necessity of aluminum electrolysis industry for automation and intelligent upgrading, this paper studies the multi-purpose unit for aluminum electrolysis, proposes a precise crane positioning method based on running track control, develops a remote intelligent control system for electrode changing in aluminum electrolysis, and introduces the corresponding software and hardware design of the control system. Tests are carried out in aluminum electrolysis plant, and the positioning precision and remote control meet the operating requirements of aluminum electrolysis multi-purpose unit, laying a technical foundation for the realization of comprehensive intelligent manufacture of the aluminum electrolysis enterprises.

Abstract:With the development of digital and intelligent technology, the establishment of automation and intelligence in smelting industry is imperative. This paper expounds requirements of different parameter perception on fine selection of detection instruments used in nonferrous metals smelting environment. The DCS control system structure is of integral, large-scale and networked configuration to realize automation, informationization and intellectualization in production control and management.

Abstract:Ventilation management is a key part of mine safety production process, so mine ventilation and safety are crucial to guarantee sufficient fresh air underground. In the process of mine production, both the personnel movement and equipment operation will trigger the local wind demand change in the shaft. However, the ventilation scheme in the prior art can only be adopted to optimize local ventilation or ventilation network monitoring, while it can not realize ventilation adjustment of each operating point in the shaft, that is, it can not realize the ventilation on demand at each operating point. Targeted at the air volume control system in the shaft, this paper designs one set of fuzzy PID controller, using fuzzy control method based on conventional PID controller, to realize the control of the motor running according to the set air volume. Simulation comparison and analysis is carried out between the conventional PID controller and the fuzzy PID controller. The results show that the fuzzy PID control system features faster response and less overshoot, proving a better control effect than the conventional PID. Therefore, this air volume control system plays a positive role in the automation of underground ventilation and the improvement of productivity, with a practical engineering value.

Abstract:In this paper,the spring jacket and universal dividing head are used to clamp the components, and the 40Cr stainless steel positioning rod is milled in small batch by using conventional method. Reasonable milling parameters and cutting tool materials are selected according to the milling requirements of the components to ensure the qualification rate, size requirements and surface roughness of parts, thereby successfully completing the milling task of these components. With certain practical significance, this study also provides reference for milling of similar components in the future.

Abstract:Low-pressure boron diffusion device with BCl3 as doping source is one of the important manufacturing equipment of N-type TOPCon solar cells. Its process features uneasy control of gas transportation, strong corrosiveness of process gas, high requirement in reaction cleanliness and high-temperature tail gas. In view of such characteristics, this paper optimizes the gas path system and adds the gas path heat tracing to ensure the accuracy and stability of BCl3 At the same time, the full-quartz furnace door adopted and the water-cooled flange and air-cooled flange added can effectively eliminate metal ion contamination and improve the minority carrier life as well as the efficiency of solar cells. Moreover, the full-wrapped water cooling, filter element filtration and wash function doubles the filter element replacement cycle and the service life of the vacuum pump. This paper also studies the diffusion square resistance and defect rate under different insertion methods. Compared with the downstream vertical insertion method, the horizontal insertion method has the advantages of large diffusion square resistance range of the upper, middle and lower silicon wafers in the same quartz boat, and low black-edge defect rate after they are made into battery.

Abstract:In this paper, one type of ore stockpile point cloud identification and analysis method based on 3D laser scanning technology is proposed, taking the ore stockpile in underground drift as the research object. By analyzing the bucketing mechanism and the profile of the ore stockpile, one certain type of LHD is built with vehicle-mounted 3D laser scanning system. This system is used to 3D laser scan the ore stockpile to obtain the cloud data of these points, and such data is subjected to noise elimination, filtering and registration to guarantee their effectiveness and practicability. Finally, the boundary-based point cloud segmentation algorithm is used to separate the information of the points, thereby realizing the effective identification of ore stockpiles and also verifying the accuracy of this technology. This method has broad application prospects in engineering practice.

Abstract:This paper takes the intelligent zinc stripping machine developed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining &Metallurgy as the research object, analyzes the basic structure and stripping process of zinc slab, establishes the simulation model of zinc stripping process, as well as simulates and analyzes its transient dynamic characteristics. The variation laws of stripping load and tool stroke of single principal stress cohesion model and mixed cohesion model are obtained respectively, which provides theoretical reference and technical support for the optimization and intelligent control of zinc stripping process of the intelligent zinc stripping machine. This method has broad application prospects in engineering practice.

Abstract:This paper introduces the issues occurred to the booster turbo-expander of the oxygen making system (20000Nm3/h) in the oxygen making plant of Copper Company of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. during use, maintenance and installation, and the corresponding solutions to improve the maintenance quality and the operation reliability of the equipment through the failure analysis and working principles of the equipment, so as to achieve high-efficiency and stable production.

Abstract:Through the design of structure and operation principle of the cathode plate transfer trolley, the scissors mechanism is combined with the screw lifting transmission for the first time to realize the stable lifting of the cathode plate; the transfer trolley automatically transfers the cathode plate on the plate rack to the zinc stripper in the side-bay for zinc stripping and brushing operation in three times; after that, the transfer trolley automatically transfers the cathode plate to the plate rack butted with the crane in three times, so as to realize the automatic transfer of the cathode plate of the zinc stripping system and the flexible connection between the side-bay zinc stripping system and the cathode plate crane. The transfer trolley has been put into production and application in the side-bay zinc stripping production line, and achieved good application results.

Abstract:The “accretion” stuck on the hammer of electrolytic cell is harmful to the normal production of electrolytic cell, and the deep intrusion of hammer into the melt of electrolytic cell is one of the main reasons for the formation of accretion. Once the crust-breaking cylinder and the hammer are installed and put into operation in an electrolytic aluminum plant, the intrusion depth of hammer into electrolytic cell is fixed, but the total height of electrolytic cell melt changes. When the total height of melt is high, the intrusion depth of hammer into melt increases. In view of the above defects, a device with liftable cylinder is designed. Following the principle of screw, the proper striking depth of the hammer can be adjusted by operating the screw, which not only reduces the generation of accretion, but also prolongs the service life of the hammer.

Abstract:Building an automatic 3D storage is the best solution to efficiently control the product inventory of non-ferrous metal enterprises, and the Chinese non-ferrous industry is still in the development stage in this respect. 3D motion simulation, finite element analysis, 5G communication and other technologies are used in the design of cathode copper automatic 3D storage of Yangxin Hongsheng Copper Co., Ltd.. At the same time, an intelligent management and control system consisting of three subsystems: intelligent decision management system, intelligent control system and intelligent operation and maintenance system is built. Automatic functions such as RGV transfer, pre-weighing, counterweight, regularization, packaging, trade weighing, labeling, code scanning, etc. are realized, which makes the operation of the 3D storage highly intelligent, automatic and unmanned. The implementation of this project can meet the transfer and storage requirements of a 400000t/a of high-purity anode copper plant, and has industry demonstration effect.

Abstract:Using Star-CCM fluid simulation software, according to the conventional process parameters, the 3D modeling and simulation of the reaction chamber of tubular plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) equipment was carried out, and the flow field distribution in the reaction chamber equipped with graphite boats of different structures was studied. Combined with the simulation data, the influence of hollow graphite boats on the film coating uniformity was verified by grouping tests. The test results show that the hollowed boats can effectively improve the airflow distribution among the center, the rear and the blade of the graphite boat, and improve the uniformity of film growth.

Abstract:Vacuum consumable electric arc furnace is the main melting equipment in titanium and titanium alloy industry. Abstract:It is one of the main tasks of electrical engineering design to check the starting of motor and select a reasonable starting mode of motor according to the power grid conditions of different projects. Combined with the small power system of smelting enterprises built in mountainous areas, this paper focuses on how to solve the starting problem of high-power medium-voltage motor, carries out calculation and analysis of motor starting, and uses ETAP electrical calculation and analysis software to simulate the motor starting, and puts forward a solution to the motor starting of this small-capacity power system.
