Abstract:A new definition of smart low-carbon waste incineration power plant is proposed in this paper for the first time,and the construction plan of the plant is also described based on the “1+1+N” smart plant structure of ENFI. Furthermore, several smart applications of core waste incineration power plants are listed, as well as some practical engineering application cases, which can give certain beneficial references for the development of the industry.

Abstract:With the continuous development of intelligent mine construction in domestic, various advanced technologies and intelligent equipments have been used, some of which have produced fairly good effects. As the basis of intelligent mine, it is extremely urgent to update control technology, as well as electric power technology, which is the main energy of mine. In view of actual demand of control and electric power system for the intelligent construction of underground mining in domestic, this paper explores a integration technology, which combines industrial bus communication and industrial internet of things, to take the control system as the main body to integrate the electric power system. But just a preliminary study on integration technology of control and low voltage technology in underground mining has been made in this paper.

Abstract:This paper describes the development process of tailings concentration and dehydration technology, the development status of paste concentration technology and equipment, combined with the problems in the application of paste concentration, through the research and analysis of the major paste concentration process and equipment, puts forward the paste deep concentration process, to develop a new type of vertical sand bin for deep concentration of tailings, the characteristics and advantages of the new type of concentration equipment are introduced, which provides a reference for the selection and design of paste concentration equipment.

Abstract:It is necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and realize the intelligent management and control of equipment when the rail transportation battery locomotive in the mine with driverless rail transportation system, material vehicles and other auxiliary vehicles enter the middle of the transportation section, which becomes the main content of production and safety in the mine. In this paper, the management and control system of rail transportation battery locomotive is developed, which is installed the industrial control vehicle mobile terminal with GPS and UWB positioning system. The safety control of battery locomotive is realized in the centralized center through the wireless network in the middle of the transportation section. The field test shows that the system can achieve high-precision continuous positioning and effective management and control of equipment, it can reduce the safety risk of mine rail transportation system.

Abstract:At present, there is no full life cycle simulation management system of TSF in China. The management of TSF design, construction, production and operation and closure mostly stay at the two-dimensional level, and there is no unified whole between each stage. This paper innovatively applies GEOPAK software to establish the whole life cycle simulation management system of TSF, and gives full play to the technical advantages of GEOPAK software in three-dimensional modeling technology, visualization technology, three-dimensional simulation technology, etc. to describe and analyze the complex process of TSF engineering construction and operation. The simulation management system includes design assistant, construction assistant, production operation assistant and closure assistant subsystems, which can realize the functions of three-dimensional simulation, fine operation and visual management. At the same time, the model and operation results of each subsystem can be called and checked each other, so as to simulate and manage the whole process of TSF life cycle, It fills the technical gap in this field in China.

Abstract:In this paper, through the study on the stabilization treatment of arsenic sulfide slag, ENFI-R8 and ENFI-Z8 stabilizing agents were used to investigate the stabilization effect of arsenic sulfide slag through the comparison of different addition amounts, and the best stabilizer and addition amount for the stabilization of arsenic sulfide slag were determined. The results show that: the treatment effect of arsenic sulfide slag with ENFI-R8 and ENFI-Z8 stabilizing agents is good, and the concentration of heavy metals can meet the disposal standard of Standard for pollution control on the security landfill site for hazardous wastes(GB18598—2019).Under the conditions of reaction time of 4h and curing time of 24h, ENFI-Z8 stabilizing agent is the best for arsenic sulfide slag treatment, and the amount of stabilizer is 40wt.%.

Abstract:In a petrochemical project, the parameters of reactor discharge cooler in the reaction and C3 concentration unit are abnormal, which eventually leads to the shutdown of the unit. When the equipment is stopped for inspection after 4 months of operation, no problems have been found in the operation of the equipment. Within one month after the start-up, after more than 10 times of startup and shutdown due to unstable operation of the unit, the water and gas balance of the reactor discharge cooler is seriously unbalanced, and serious leakage occurs and the device stops. In this case, the factory and engineering company have analyzed the failure of the reactor discharge cooler.

Abstract:Aiming at the existent problems of the difficulties in wire power supply and the low level of intelligent control in cableway pod, the principle of traditional cableway and cableway pod was investigated, and the intelligent control idea is adopted to realize more abundant control functions. This paper studies further solar photovoltaic power generation and lithium battery energy storage technology, and the scheme for the realization of isolated grid mode gondola power supply system based on photovoltaic energy storage is presented; by equipping the ropeway gondola with HVAC equipment to improve the riding environment of the gondola, and use intelligence The collection and monitoring equipment and 4G communication module realize the remote communication and intelligent monitoring between the hoisting box and the central control room. Finally, the hardware scheme and algorithm realization of the ropeway hoisting box intelligent monitoring system are given, which improves the overall performance of the ropeway hoisting box.

Abstract:The selection of synchronization point is closely related to the main electrical connection and operation mode.The power of the assembling units fluctuates from 9 to 30MW, in the waste incineration power plant.For these small-load plants, which main electrical connection has its own characteristics, comparing with the large power plant, and the corresponding selection of synchronization point is also considered from different angles.Combined with practical engineering examples, this thesis introduce the design thought of selecting synchronization point , and presents the author’s own viewpoint.

Abstract:In the last decade municipal incineration becomes the main technology of municipal waste management in China. The number of municipal incineration plants increases marvelously and technologies corresponding to incineration and waste-to-energy achieve great improvement. The newest published national policies such as abolishment of financial subsidy and classification of municipal waste will impact the incineration industry remarkably for long, forcing the municipal incineration enterprises to make improvements in technology and business management for better economic benefits. In this paper, the trend of Chinas municipal incineration industry was analyzed first according to national policy, market estimate and research on key technology and equipment, and then the development of waste-to-energy technology and waste heat boiler with higher steam parameters was introduced, that s because the profit of waste-to-energy plants relies on the level of boiler steam parameters. Increasing the power generation of per ton waste incineration through technology development is the main objective for municipal enterprises, as well as the improvement of design through digitization method such as digital twin technology.

Abstract:In 2015, the green-field upgrade project for Henan Zhongyuan gold smelter was put into operation. The project is designed for handling 1500000 tpa copper concentrate containing precious metals, and it is scheduled for 2 stages. The project process employs oxygen bottom blowing furnace as smelting, Rotation-Suspension furnace as converting, and rotary anode furnace as refining. Wherein, the Rotation-Suspension furnace with reaction shaft size Φ4.5m×6.2m named from the use of the Yanggu patented Rotation-Suspension nozzle, is entirely innovative designed by ENFI under Yanggu’s progress package. Rotation-Suspension converting furnace is an innovative design of a metallurgical furnace after comprehensive summary of decades of experience in the design of large metallurgical furnace. Besides this, it is also the first domestic converting furnace using domestic technology, completely independent design, all domestic manufacturing Rotation-Suspension converting furnace, with a reasonable structure, compact layout, easy operation, low maintenance, high rate of operation, etc. Applying advanced overall flexible frame structure and rational water-cooling technology, coupled with matching brick, fully adapted to Rotation-Suspension process, the converting furnace has the technical characteristics of safe, stable and efficient, long life. After 5 years of excellent operation, it can come to the conclusion that the design of Rotation-Suspension is supper successful.

Abstract:China ENFI Engineering Corporation and Yantai Guorun Copper Co., Ltd. have jointly developed the copper smelting technology by three continuous furnaces in thermal operation which means oxygen-enriched side-blowing smelting furnace—multi-lance top-blowing continuous converting furnace—pyrometallurgical anode refining furnace. After more than three years of stable production and continuous optimization, this technology is recognized by the industry as having reached the international advanced standard. This paper reviews the development background, performance history, and innovation and optimization in the industrial application of this technology, introduces its characteristics, and prospects the development direction of this technology.

Abstract:Automated mining is the trend and important symbol of the modern mining. Abstract:Based on the problems of low grinding efficiency, unqualified product size, high energy consumption, and low annual operation rate in the cassiterite comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding process of conventional ball mill; A vertical mill with outstanding fine ability is selected as the comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding equipment, the particle size of -0.074mm and -0.037mm of the grinding product are significantly increased after the transformation, which is beneficial to increase the recovery of tin concentrate and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, create better economic and environmental benefits. As a comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding equipment, the vertical mill of the company has significantly increased the particle size -0.074mm and -0.037mm of the grinding product after the transformation, which is beneficial to increase the recovery rate of tin concentrate and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Abstract:In the tri-continuous copper smelting process of ‘oxygen-enriched side blown smelting + multi-lance top blown continuous converting smelting + anode refining’, the multi-lance top blown continuous converting furnace designed by China ENFI is the key equipment. In this paper, the structure and design of the multi-lance top blown continuous converting furnace are described in detail. Abstract:Platinum is an important strategic precious metal resource. It has an irreplaceable role as a petrochemical catalyst and automobile exhaust purification catalyst. In the future, with the mature development of fuel cell technology, the market demand for platinum will be further increased. The domestic platinum resources are scarce and mainly rely on imports. The recycling of platinum from anode slime, catalysts, tailings and other resources has become the research focus of the non-ferrous industry. To recover platinum metals from spent catalysts, the copper and iron metal capture technology in the pyrotechnic process is relatively mature abroad, but there is still little research in this area in my country. For the purification process of platinum metal, although the traditional selective precipitation separation technology has been eliminated, some selective precipitation technologies is still an important method for refining pure metals. At present, domestic companies have combined the traditional selective precipitation separation process with solvent extraction and ion exchange to purify platinum metals, and have achieved good economic benefits and platinum metal products. In the future, the development of simple, efficient, and low-cost platinum metals purification and recovery processes is of great significance to the safety of mineral resources in China.
