Abstract:China’s vigorous promotion of EPC(M) business has accelerated the transformation of the design companies in various industries from conventional enterprises focusing on basic business systems including survey, design and consultation to engineering enterprises with EPC(M) as their main business support. However, there are also some unsuccessful cases in the process of transformation as the enterprises may face many issues related to technology, economics, and management in the process of transformation and development. Hereby, this article aims to sort out some practical issues that the enterprise may encounter in the process of transformation from an economic perspective, put forward some targeted thoughts and countermeasures, with a view to intrigue some inspiration to the colleagues in the industry.

Abstract:Throughout the world, the energy crisis and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, and the traditional coal-fired thermal power generation will emit a large amount of greenhouse gases and is inefficient. Therefore, it is urgent to seek and develop new technologies for clean utilization of fossil fuels such as coal. Direct carbon solid oxide fuel cell is a promising solution. In direct carbon solid oxide fuel cells, anode electrode catalyst is the key to improve cell performance. Therefore, in this paper, first the basic knowledge of direct carbon solid oxide fuel cells is introduced, and then the application of various anode catalyst materials in direct carbon solid oxide fuel cells is summarized in detail. It will provide a reference and direction for the efficient development and research of anode materials for direct carbon solid oxide fuel cells.

Abstract:In recent years, with the rise of green energy, lithium-air batteries have become a research hotspot due to their high energy density and environmental protection characteristics. Among them, the energy density of a lithium-air battery using a non-aqueous electrolyte system is about 11420Wh/kg, which is almost equal to the energy density of gasoline, which makes lithium-air batteries have great application potential in electric vehicles and other aspects. This article introduces the application of non-aqueous electrolytes in lithium-air batteries from five aspects: carbonate-based electrolytes, ether-based electrolytes, sulfur-containing electrolytes, ionic liquid-based electrolytes, and electrolyte salts. Provide help for the follow-up study of non-aqueous electrolyte in lithium-air batteries.

Abstract:Digital twin technology connects the physical world with the digital world, it adds or expands new capabilities for physical entities by means of virtual real interaction feedback, data fusion analysis, decision iteration optimization and other means. Based on industrial Internet, integrated communication technology and big data artificial intelligence application, digital twin mine realizes the whole process control of mine production and operation management. Aiming at the core foundation of data perception of digital twin mine which combined with the organizational structure of mining enterprises, this paper puts forward the solution of business digitalization in mining industry and the framework of mine total data perception capability, the development of a cooper mine data perception and three-dimensional management and control platform confirms the importance of mine data perception and business organization.

Abstract:In this study, a high-speed spray extraction and purification process for crude germanium tetrachloride was developed, and a special extraction device was designed. The effects of extractant acidity, extraction ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The results show that the arsenic removal rate is 99.4% and germanium loss rate is only 0.17% under the conditions of extractant acidity of 12n, volume ratio of germanium tetrachloride to extractant of 1〖DK〗∶2.5, temperature control of extraction interlayer circulating liquid of 5℃, extraction spray extraction time of 10min and standing time of 4h after extraction; And the quality of high-purity germanium dioxide produced by extraction process is significantly higher than that of crude germanium tetrachloride produced by re steaming process in the same batch.

Abstract:As the key equipment of slurry transportation, diaphragm pump plays an important role in the production process. For the transportation of corrosive slurry, it is necessary to carry out anti-corrosion treatment for the overflow part of diaphragm pump or select anti-corrosion materials, especially for the medium with strong corrosiveness. For hydrochloric acid and other strong acid pastes with strong corrosivity to metal materials, the general metal can not meet the corrosion resistance requirements, and the metal that can meet the corrosion resistance requirements has high cost, which is not suitable for diaphragm pump equipment. In this paper, the rubber lining anti-corrosion technology with outstanding anti-corrosion performance is combined with the traditional diaphragm pump buffer structure, and a kind of anti-corrosion lining diaphragm pump inlet and outlet buffer structure is developed, which can solve the problem of corrosive slurry transportation with strong acid.

Abstract:The 2219 alloy hot-top casting Φ405mm round ingot feather crystal causes and solutions were studied.The results show control Zr content of 2219 alloy and increase scrap input ratio,increasing Al-5i-1B wire online seeding rate during the casting,avoiding melt overheat and it to stay a long time and adjusting the casting prosess parameters can solve 2219 alloy hot-top casting Φ405mm round ingot feather crystal s problem.

Abstract:This paper introduced the whole life process of medical waste and the problems existing in the relevant personnel consciousness, information investment and supervision system of medical waste management in China, expounded the importance of the whole process information management of medical waste, and introduced the principles, advantages and disadvantages of bar code, two-dimensional code and RFID technology and their application in medical waste management. The application of information technology can realize the informatization, real-time and automation of the whole process of medical waste, and improve the level of traceability supervision.

Abstract:Based on the structural principle of drive chain for pneumatic disc valve and the calculation of switching torque,This paper purposes to optimize the manufacturing cost,improve the structural strength and stiffness,and reduce the motion impact.Taking the cylinder travel,cylinder output force,and the length of fixed frame as the research objects,the initial direction of cylinder output force and cylinder stroke,cylinder output force are analyzed by geometric modeling and numerical calculation.Meanwhile,the influence of the angle design for piston rod and rocker shaft on the length of disc valve fixing frame is discussed,which improve the structural strength,stiffness,and reduce the influence of impact load on the fixing frame.

Abstract:Fluoritefrom tailings of polymetallic ore is valuable for recovery, but the mineral composition of the tailings is extremely complex and the content of weak magnetic minerals is high. Before fluoriteflotation, a new processing technology of pre-discarding tailings was adopted to remove weak magnetic minerals by intensity magnetic separation. The weak magnetic minerals were discarded as tailings, and the non-magnetic minerals were concentrated as fluorite flotation feed. The results show that fluorite concentrate of 97.58% CaF 2 with recovery 59.61% was obtained by using magnetic flotation combined process of intensity magnetic separation, water exchange and fluorite flotation. The process can obtain good results and has a broad application prospect.

Abstract:In this paper, the critical factors of Li2CO3 carbonation- crystallization system were analyzed in the aspects of temperature, liquid-solid ratio and CO2 pressure, and the optimum process conditions were determined. The application of the system in the purification of Li2CO3 concentrate in Zabuye Salt Lake and industrial-grade Li2CO3 is introduced and analyzed.

Abstract:FF bus instrument is currently the most popular bus-type intelligent instrument in the world. Compared with traditional intelligent instrument, it has internal functions such as PID control, logic operation and self-diagnosis. It greatly facilitates the user's on-site application and troubleshooting. This article mainly introduces the application process of FF bus instrument in the DeltaV DCS system of copper smelting project, and how to use AMS equipment management system to manage FF instrument and deal with equipment failure.

Abstract:This paper introduces the problems existing in the ball mill monitoring system and lubrication system, which are the key equipment of the zinc roasting system in the smelting enterprise. By optimizing the monitoring system and lubrication system of the ball mill, the problems of repeated automatic shutdown and easy wear of the bearing bush, which have existed for a long time in the ball mill, are solved, and the monitoring in the DCS system is realized to improve the stability of the equipment and ensure the safety and stability of the equipment function.

Abstract:The power load of metallurgical enterprises is generally large, and the power distribution system generally adopts high-voltage and large-capacity main transformer. And the short-circuit current at the low voltage busbar will be very high. The conventional measures to limit the short-circuit current have their own defect, and there are also engineering implementation problems in the renovation project. The zero loss depth current limited device has wide applicability. It can limit the short-circuit current, save energy, reduce the installation space, and realize the safe, high-energy and efficient operation of the distribution network. It has the value of popularization and application in similar projects.

Abstract:With the rapid development of PCB electroplating industry, more and more attention has been paid to the environmental problems caused by electroplating, The waste water and sludge of PCB electroless copper plating contain heavy metal ions and copper pollutants, which are very harmful to human body and environment. The recycling of copper resources through the combination and collocation of existing technologies can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also increase benefits for enterprises. Abstract:In the “hot acid high temperature leaching” process of zinc hydrometallurgy, the practical situation of using heat exchangers for heating waste electrolyte is discussed, it is found that the round block hole graphite heat exchanger has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, low equipment cost, easy cleaning and maintenance, and the cleaning method crystallized in use, in the environment of high temperature waste electrolyte to extend the service life and other issues.

Abstract:The importance of the SO2 fan in the smelting gas acid production system, the basic principle of its lubrication system are introduced. During operation, the auxiliary oil pump cannot automatically stop after the SO2 fan is normally turned on. The fault is analyzed, the first-stage pressure control valve is modified, and the processing gasket is installed on the top of the valve spring. When the oil pressure of the lubrication pipeline reaches 0.8MPa, the valve opens automatically. After the modification the problem that the auxiliary oil pump cannot be shut down was effectively solved, the stability of the SO2 fan lubrication system was improved, and the service life of the equipment was extended.

Abstract:In view of the current substation fault detection and facilities detection technology is not advanced and mature, combined with the actual application environment characteristics of substation, this paper proposes an independent monitoring and fault diagnosis detection system based on Intelligent Inspection Robot for substation operation equipment. That is, deep learning algorithm, big data analysis technology and inspection robot with high definition(HD) camera are organically combined. Through the fusion of image information collected by high-definition camera and data information collected by various sensors, and then through deep learning and big data analysis algorithm, real-time intelligent fault detection and analysis of all equipment in substation can be carried out, and early warning can be timely sent to relevant equipment maintenance personnel. Inspection robot substation fault detection system for all equipment in the substation real-time monitoring, fault information analysis, fault location and timely transmission of fault information has important practical significance.

It is constructed based on a mature development service platform, which has real-time data acquisition and storage, process monitoring, management of equipments, management of process reports, management of materials, cost analysis, management of experiments, labor analysis, release of mobile terminal information and management of system operation and maintenance, etc. After the operation of system, backfilling efficiency and equipment safety can be effectively improved, and the cost can be reduced, which provides a means for the copper mine to build a new intelligent mine.

Abstract:Nowadays, the electric-dazzling phenomenon caused by short circuit fault occurs frequently in the power transformation and distribution system, which has become a major power quality problem and also a problem that troubles the normal operation of the system. When electric-dazzling occurs, contactors, frequency converters and other protective equipment will not work normally, resulting in motor shutdown, interruption of the production process, data loss, slurry accumulation in the tank, if not timely recovery, it will cause great economic losses to enterprises. In this article, the influence of contactor and frequency converter in low voltage system is analyzed deeply when electric-dazzling occurs, and two devices of anti-shake contactor and anti-shake frequency converter are proposed. Through the theoretical analysis and research of the two devices, the solution of electric-dazzling is obtained, which has a great guiding significance for the future electrical designers to solve the problem of electric-dazzling.
