Abstract:With the increasing depletion of non-renewable resources and the emergence of global warming issues, Li-O2 batteries have become the best candidate to meet the current needs of large-scale energy storage devices with their ultra-high theoretical energy density and green environmental protection. In the composition of Li-O2 batteries, the air cathode is the key to improving battery performance. Therefore, this article starts with the structure of the air electrode of the Li-O2 battery, and elaborates the application of various cathode catalysts in the Li-O2 battery, which will provide help for the development and utilization of the cathode catalyst of the Li-O2 battery in the future.

Abstract:Incineration of hazardous waste in rotary kiln can reduce and recycle industrial hazardous waste. However, there are many kinds and complex properties of hazardous wastes, and the secondary pollution in the incineration process is serious. This paper analyzes the basic physical and chemical properties of five typical hazardous wastes, designs the chemical reaction in the incineration process by using commercial software, and simulates the temperature field distribution in two kinds of rotary kiln, so as to provide theoretical basis for engineering demonstration.

Abstract:The main steam parameters of waste heat boiler in waste incineration power plant play an important role in the economic benefits, operation stability and safety of the incineration plant. The combustion process in incinerator is a multiple inputs and multiple outputs nonlinear physical and chemical process, and the influence of various factors must be considered. In this paper, the appropriate modeling variables are selected from the operation data of the incineration system, and a LSTM neural network model with multiple inputs and multiple outputs is established to train and test the prediction accuracy of the model. The model can be dynamically updated and optimized according to real-time data. It can accurately predict the main steam parameters and provide theoretical guidance for field personnel to adjust the control strategy, so as to improve the stability and economy of production and operation.

Abstract:This paper briefly describes copper smelting methods, focuses on the implementation,production indicators and design features of related industrial furnaces of the continuous copper smelting technology with all-bottom blowing and all-hot state three-link furnace. Abstract:The cab is one of the important parts of the underground LHD. It is directly related to the driver’s visibility, safety, health, operating comfort, and labor intensity to correctly design the lab that meets the requirements. Due to the limitation of underground mining space, the design of the underground LHD cab is different. This paper will introduce the location of driver’s cab, layout design of working space, visibility, and safety inspection,etc.,for reference of underguound LHD design technicians.

Abstract:Slurry pumps are different from ordinary fluid pumps in piping arrangement. Slurry pumps need to consider the abrasion of the pipe wall by the service in the pipe and the anti-clogging of the pipe,so it cannot increase the pipe flexibility by increasing the number of elbows or the Π-shaped like ordinary fluid pump. The piping of the slurry pump should be short and straight. Under this condition, this article is based on CAESAR II software to study the piping arrangement of slurry pump by setting reasonable supports or hangers. So that, the nozzle load of the pump is within its allowable range, ensuring the long-term safety and stability of the slurry pump running.

Abstract:The handling device of electrolytic cell cover plate is an auxiliary production device which is installed on the aluminum electrolytic multi-function crane. In this paper, the importance of the design and research of the loading and unloading device is described. The research status at home and abrguoneiwai oad and the structure and shape of the groove cover plate is introduced. Based on a kind of structure of groove cover and considering the shape of other groove cover, the design scheme of the device is introduced. The layout form and structure composition of the device are described in detail, and the functions and characteristics of each component are analyzed and discussed. In this paper, the working principle and working process of the loading and unloading device of electrolytic cell cover plate are described in detail. The design and calculation of the key part of the supporting spring in the fixture ensure its strength, stability and function.

Abstract:Calcination of electrolytic manganese slag is a kind of treatment method to realize the harmless and resource utilization of electrolytic manganese slag. In addition to sulfur dioxide, the flue gas generated after calcination often contains a large amount of ammonia. Ammonia is efficiently washed in the purification section, dissolved in water, and combined with sulfur trioxide and sulfur dioxide to form a mixed solution of ammonium sulfate, ammonium sulfite and ammonia bisulfite. The pungent smell will be released in the process of transportation and pressure filtration, which will seriously pollute the operating environment. Based on the traditional acid making process and ammonia recovery system, this paper introduces and discusses the design of this kind of acid making system from flue gas.

Abstract:The effects of Na modification and Sr modification on the properties of 4004 alloy are introduced. The difference in composition, microstructure and properties of 4004 alloy ingots produced by the two modification technologies is not significant. However, Na modification has a great impact on equipment, while Sr modification costs a lot. In terms of quality, it is more reasonable to use Sr modification technology.

Abstract:This paper presents the pulverized coal dosing system and its working philosophy. Based on several researches on pulverized coal dosing system applied in the plant, two technical solutions are studied and compared, which are primary air utilized as pulverized coal loading air and compress air utilized as pulverized coal loading air. This paper studies the equipment adopted for each technical solution and their operation. Besides, the process flowsheet and design concept of pulverized coal dosing system for fuming furnace are introduced in this paper as well.

Abstract:In order collect the real time temperature of key electrical equipment, and also we need to solve the shortcomings of wired temperature measurement (many measuring circuits and wired installation space, which makes wiring and maintenance difficult), according to mining industry characteristic and demand, applying both wireless passive sensor and Zigbee wireless communication technology, the smart temperature measurement system solution is proposed and applied in Huize Yunnan Chihong Zn & Ge Co. Ltd. The result shows that the proposed wireless temperature measurement system is easy to be structured, be expanded, be configed.

Abstract:This paper summarizes the process of 1LHB bus power loss event in a nuclear power plant, analyzes the root cause and direct cause of the event, and analyzes the failure mechanism of W-phase fuse failure to normal fusing when the short circuit occurs. This paper puts forward the measures to solve the power loss event and summarizes the problems that should be improved in the future, which has certain reference significance for the safe operation of other nuclear power plants.
