This paper has introduced three core techniques of intelligent electrolytic nickel discharging and loading unit: fully automatic railcar stepper conveyor, electrolyte nickel pre-separation technique and program-controlled electrolytic nickel automatic hot-cleaning machine. The transshipment of electrolytic nickel at the interval can be realized with a railcar stepper conveyor, which is better than the current conventional scheme at home or abroad. The concept of electrolyte nickel pre-separation has been put forward, an electrolyte nickel pre-separation system based on machine vision has been developed, and the actual use has been introduced. The program-controlled automatic hot-cleaning machine realizes the automatic hot cleaning of electrolytic nickel, so that the quality of cleaning reaches the best level in history.
