NOUFERROUS METALLURGICAL EQUIPMENT

For the smelting and separating process of rare earth ore， it is still stuck in the traditional manual production and organization， demonstrating relatively backward basic automation and lower level of informationization and intelligence. In consideration of these existing problems， based on the digital intelligence needs and vision， a research has been carried out to explore the possibility of applying advanced industrial internet platform to connect the basic automation system of production and realize the intelligent production control and management， in order to eliminate the barriers for data transmission and form the lifecycle management related to factors of production and data of production process. With the realization of intelligent production control and management system， the level data of storage tank and reaction tank， which are adopted in the separating process of rare earth ore， could be used for early warning and further monitoring. Also the data for materials consumption could be managed during the production. Ultimately， technical support and guarantee could be provided by the system for the further construction of intelligent plant for rare earth smelting and separating.
