NOUFERROUS METALLURGICAL EQUIPMENT

Aiming at the difficult problem of low-level fugitive flue gas treatment in the process of converting and shaking, feeding, slag discharge and flux addition of copper smelting converter,through the analysis of process characteristics and the simulation of flue gas flow field, a new sealed car with the ability of self inhibiting slagging is developed, and the matching optimization design of the smoke collection system is carried out.The sulfur capture rate in the annular flue gas is increased by about 81.8%, and the environmental protection ability of copper smelting converter converting process is significantly improved.
