NOUFERROUS METALLURGICAL EQUIPMENT

The balance calculation of high-pressure acid leaching system of laterite ore is the key of the whole system. In this paper, METSIM software is used to simulate and calculate the balance of high-pressure acid leaching system in laterite nickel ore. By calculating the material balance, heat balance and pressure balance of the system, data support is provided for the design of high-pressure acid leaching system, and the software is used to correct the operating parameters under different operating conditions in the actual production process. The balance data obtained can further guide the stability of actual production.
