    Abstract:

    This paper takes the Dresser-Rand extraction turbine as an example, in view of the failure phenomenon of speed out of control in the starting process of the unit, made a simulation test of the control equipment of speed regulating system by utilizing the valve calibration function of 505E digital controller, determines the cause of failure through comprehensive analysis, summarizes practical experiences in the fault treatment of speed out of control of exhaust turbine, and provides reference for the fault treatment of the speed control system of similar units.
