This paper introduces the technological process of the secondary off-gas collection system in the converter of the flash furnace system owned by Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group Copper Co., Ltd., analyzes the issue of off-gas escaping in the actual production process, and put forward an effective upgrading scheme from the perspective of electric control, where the low-altitude pollution at the production site is reduced, ensuring the smooth operation of the production system.
