    Abstract:

    Vacuum consumable electric arc furnace is the main melting equipment in titanium and titanium alloy industry. For some titanium alloys containing volatile elements such as Al and Mn, they need to be melted in an argon-protected environment. Based on the deficiency of the existing static argon filling smelting control mode, the multi-mode dynamic argon filling process control is realized by improving and optimizing the argon filling system, and its rationality is verified by practice.
