NOUFERROUS METALLURGICAL EQUIPMENT

In view of the urgent necessity of aluminum electrolysis industry for automation and intelligent upgrading, this paper studies the multi-purpose unit for aluminum electrolysis, proposes a precise crane positioning method based on running track control, develops a remote intelligent control system for electrode changing in aluminum electrolysis, and introduces the corresponding software and hardware design of the control system. Tests are carried out in aluminum electrolysis plant, and the positioning precision and remote control meet the operating requirements of aluminum electrolysis multi-purpose unit, laying a technical foundation for the realization of comprehensive intelligent manufacture of the aluminum electrolysis enterprises.
