    Abstract:

    As the power source of the acceleration and deceleration system of detachable ropeway, the design quality of the power take-off device has a bearing on the design excellence of the whole acceleration and deceleration system. This paper firstly analyzes the working principle of the power take-off device, and conducts a comparison and analysis of the power take-off devices of the mainstream detachable ropeway equipment on the market. And then it conducts an optimization design and modeling analysis of the existing power take-off device, followed by a finite element analysis of its key parts. As a result of the optimization design, the new power take-off device is simpler in structure and easier to adjust.
