    Abstract:

    In this paper, based on the numerical simulation method, the contact voltage drop and temperature of various lap joint methods in zinc electrolysis are simulated and analyzed, and the magnitude of voltage and temperature of the various lap joint methods is figured out; The numerical simulation method for calculating the contact voltage drop proposed in this paper provides an effective calculation method for further optimizing the cathode plate, the anode plate and their lapping structure and for reducing the DC power consumption.
