NOUFERROUS METALLURGICAL EQUIPMENT

This bench-scale test employs high-pressure acid leaching technology to treat typical near-equatorial low-grade wet nickel laterite ore, and studies the relationship between the Ni, Co, Al and Fe leaching rates and the temperature, acid-to-ore ratio, agitator revolution speed, leaching time and slurry feed concentration in the autoclave, and then, by means of technical and economic analysis, it further analyzes the screened test results, whereby discovering the optimum process conditions for high pressure acid leaching of the nickel laterite.
