    Abstract:

    Based on the problems of low grinding efficiency, unqualified product size, high energy consumption, and low annual operation rate in the cassiterite comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding process of conventional ball mill; A vertical mill with outstanding fine ability is selected as the comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding equipment, the particle size of -0.074mm and -0.037mm of the grinding product are significantly increased after the transformation, which is beneficial to increase the recovery of tin concentrate and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, create better economic and environmental benefits. As a comprehensive secondary concentrate regrinding equipment, the vertical mill of the company has significantly increased the particle size -0.074mm and -0.037mm of the grinding product after the transformation, which is beneficial to increase the recovery rate of tin concentrate and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
