This article introduces a new type of brushless excitation based on induction power transmission technology, deduces the steady-state model of the AC exciter and the excitation current transfer relationship, analyzes the methods of excitation current control when the excitation magnetic field is reconstructed, and combines the Direct Torque Control technology to illustrate the advantages and characteristics of the new type of brushless excitation in application.
