The EPC project general contracting mode is conducive to the continuous optimization of the overall scheme, can effectively overcome the design, procurement, construction mutual restraint and disjoinable contradictions, is conducive to the project management in the design, procurement, construction of each stage. In this paper, from the perspective of purchasing managers, the risk management in the procurement execution stage of domestic engineering general contracting projects is taken as the research object, and the risk control measures are put forward based on the research ideas of risk identification and risk control, so as to reduce the possibility of loss and promote the project to achieve the predetermined goals.
