This paper introduces the application of Fieldbus intelligent instrument in Chihong Zinc & Germanium lead zinc smelting, the characteristics and advantages of bus intelligent instrument, FF control system architecture, FF intelligent instrument and its control loop configuration, and configuration of wireless Hart instrument in Chihong Zinc Germanium multi hearth furnace, management and diagnosis function of intelligent instrument by AMS, and benefits brought to the factory.
