    摘要:

    辽宁某铁矿选矿厂现有2个完全相同的选铁工艺流程,在该流程二磨后采用“2次磁选+2次淘洗”进行精选作业,使用磁选设备较多,选矿流程较为复杂。随着开采矿石“贫细”问题的日益突出,导致该选矿厂现有流程生产的铁精矿品位降低。为了解决上述问题,对精选流程进行改造,采用1台BKZ2000智能电磁淘洗精选机取代现有2个选铁流程的精选作业,获得了66.19%的精矿品位,比改造前提高了0.85个百分点。BKZ2000智能电磁淘洗精选机实现了该选矿厂提精的短流程化作业,可节省耗水120万t/a,可节省耗电90万kW/a,取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益。

    Abstract:

    There are two identical processes of iron separation in an iron ore separation plant in Liaoning province. In this process, “twice magnetic separation +twice column washing” is used to carry out the concentration operation after twice grinding. The process uses more magnetic separation equipment, and the separation process is more complicated. With the increasingly prominent problem of “poor and fine” ore mined, the grade of iron concentrate produced by the existing process of the concentrator is reduced. In order to solve the above problems, the cleaning process was reformed, and a BKZ2000 electromagnetic washing and cleaning machine was used to replace the cleaning operation of the existing two iron sorting processes, and 66.19% concentrate grade was obtained, which was 0.85 percentages higher than before the transformation.The BKZ2000 electromagnetic washing and cleaning separator realizes the short process operation of refining in the sorting plant, and can save 1.2 million tons of water and 0.9 million kW of electricity per year, achieving better economic and environmental benefits.
