    摘要:

    复杂铅基多金属固废协同熔炼对实现铅基固废的绿色处理和高效回收,避免环境污染,促进“双碳”目标有着重要意义。高效监控与智能预警系统采用数字机理建模与数字仿真建模相融合的技术,不仅构建了入料分解、元素分配和产物凝合的复杂机理模型,而且搭建了铅基固废双底吹连续熔炼过程的三维生产场景,直观、真实地展示了熔炼车间建筑结构、生产设备属性信息和动态生产过程,实现了整个熔炼过程的数字化、可视化,并且通过生产数据监控与机理模型的耦合分析、设备关键参数预警分析和现场人员安全预警分析,使工艺人员能够实时了解任意生产细节,作出更加科学高效的决策,保证生产过程的安全稳定运行。

    Abstract:

    The synergistic smelting process for lead-based solid waste with multiple metals is of great significance to achieving green treatment and efficient recovery, avoiding environmental pollution, and promoting carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. The efficient monitoring and intelligent warning system adopts the technology of integrating digital mechanism modelling and digital simulation modelling. Not only the complex mechanism model containing feed decomposition, element distribution and product coalescence is constructed, but also the three-dimensional production scene for continuous smelting process of lead-based solid waste is built. It intuitively and realistically displays the workshop building structure, production equipment attribute and dynamic production process, achieving digitalization and visualization of the entire smelting process. Moreover, through production data monitoring with the coupling analysis of mechanism models, as well as the warning analysis for equipment key parameter and on-site personnel safety, process personnel can understand any production details in real time, make more scientific and efficient decisions, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the production process.
