    摘要:

    为解决广东某硫铁矿选厂碎磨系统设备老旧、规格小、数量多、生产维护困难、维修费用高、劳动生产率低、运行成本偏高等问题,进行了碎磨系统技术改造与优化研究。通过常规破碎+球磨、高压辊磨+球磨以及半自磨+球磨3种碎磨工艺研究,确定最优实施方案为半自磨+球磨工艺,即粗碎+半自磨+球磨(CSAB)。采用此碎磨工艺改造后单位矿石成本降低11.96元/t,同时大幅改善作业环境、提升安全水平、减少定员、大幅提高劳动生产率,减少维护工作量、更好地保障企业生产稳定,创造更好经济效益和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of outdated equipment, small specifications, large quantity, difficult production and maintenance, high maintenance costs, low labor productivity and high operating costs in the crushing and grinding system of a certain pyrite beneficiation plant in Guangdong, technical transformation and optimization research on the crushing and grinding system were carried out. Through the study of regular crushing-ball mill grinding, HPGR-ball mill grinding and SAG mill-ball mill, the optimal implementation plan is determined to be SAG mill-ball mill process, namely coarse crushing-SAG mill-ball milling (CSAB). After adopting this crushing and grinding process, the unit ore cost is reduced by 11.96 yuan/t. At the same time, it can significantly improve the working environment, enhance safety level, reduce staffing, significantly increase labor productivity, reduce maintenance workload, better ensure the stability of enterprise production, and create better economic and social benefits.
