Company has introduced a set of special equipment from abroad, its system structure is complex and involves a large number of special equipment, in addition to conventional tools in the equipment maintenance process, lots of special tools have been developed, and played a very important role in the daily maintenance work. This paper gives a brief introduction to this equipment, and expounds the importances of the special tools for equipment maintenance. This article also briefly describes the development concept of four sets of special tools for equipment maintenance, and how to effectively solve the difficulties encountered in equipment maintenance through the application of special tools.
