    摘要:

    现代索道电气控制系统采用的PLC、计算机网络、交换机等设备以超大规模的电子集成电路制造技术为主,因其大量采用CMOS半导体集成模块,抗过流及耐高压能力降低,但安全性要求高。设备设施暴露在天空中且传输线路长,加大了雷电预防的难度,控制系统遭受雷击的概率增大。本文通过对黄山云谷索道传统防雷技术改造,结合最新雷电预测预警技术,将雷电对索道造成的危害降低了10%~20%,对提升索道防雷效果起到了很好的作用。

    Abstract:

    The PLC, computer network, switches and other equipment used in modern ropeway electrical control systems are mainly based on ultra-large-scale electronic integrated circuit manufacturing technology. Because of the large number of CMOS semiconductor integrated modules, the ability to withstand overcurrent and high voltage is reduced, but safety requirements are high. Equipment and facilities are exposed in the open air and the transmission lines are long, which increases the difficulty of lightning prevention and increases the probability of the control system being struck by lightning. By transforming the traditional lightning protection technology of Huangshan Yungu Cableway and combining it with the latest lightning prediction and early warning technology, the damage caused by lightning to the cableway has been reduced by 10% to 20%, which has played a very good role in improving the lightning protection effect of the cableway.
