Based on the main process of alumina production by Bayer process, this paper analyzes the key points of process indicators control in the production process, aiming at reducing the fluctuation of key indexes, reducing unit energy consumption and improving the level of alumina production automation, the control points summarized in this paper will be widely used in the practical production of alumina and have a bright future in the alumina industry.
