    摘要:

    本文借助多物理场仿真模拟,对某已停产240kA系列电解槽的母线、阴极组结构、内衬和上部结构等进行针对性升级设计,显著提升了电解槽磁流体稳定性、热平衡“健康”稳定性和集气效率,大幅降低了阴极压降,为电解槽在低电压、低能耗和更高电流密度下长期稳定运行创造了条件。改造完成并重新投运后,辅以电解槽焙烧启动和生产运行工艺技术条件管控优化,电解槽运行电流强化至260kA,系列年原铝产能增加近14000t,平均铝液直流电耗从改造前的13343kW·h/t-Al降至12463kW·h/t-Al。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, by means of multi-physical field simulation, the busbar, cathode structure, lining and superstructure of a discontinued 240kA potline were targeted for upgrading design. These upgrade significantly improved the magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) stability, thermal balance stability and gas collection efficiency of the pots and reduced the cathode voltage drop, which created conditions for long-term stable operation of the pots under low voltage, low energy consumption and higher current density. After the transformation was completed and put back into operation, the operation current of the pot was successfully increased to 260kA, the annual raw aluminum production capacity of this potline was increased by nearly 14000 tons, and the average DC power consumption of liquid aluminum was reduced from 13343kW·h/t-Al before the transformation to 12463kW·h/t-Al.
