    摘要:

    针对稀土冶炼分离过程现阶段仍停留在传统人工生产组织,基础自动化较为落后,信息化、智能化水平偏低等实际问题,基于数字智能化转型的需求和愿景,探索通过应用先进的工业互联网平台技术,连接生产车间基础自动化系统,消除数据壁垒,形成对生产要素、生产过程数据全生命周期管理,实现全流程智能生产管控。通过构建智能生产管控系统,实现对稀土分离过程涉及到的储槽、反应槽液位等数据监测和预警,及对生产物料消耗等数据管理。最终,为进一步构建稀土冶炼分离智能工厂提供技术支撑和保障。

    Abstract:

    For the smelting and separating process of rare earth ore, it is still stuck in the traditional manual production and organization, demonstrating relatively backward basic automation and lower level of informationization and intelligence. In consideration of these existing problems, based on the digital intelligence needs and vision, a research has been carried out to explore the possibility of applying advanced industrial internet platform to connect the basic automation system of production and realize the intelligent production control and management, in order to eliminate the barriers for data transmission and form the lifecycle management related to factors of production and data of production process. With the realization of intelligent production control and management system, the level data of storage tank and reaction tank, which are adopted in the separating process of rare earth ore, could be used for early warning and further monitoring. Also the data for materials consumption could be managed during the production. Ultimately, technical support and guarantee could be provided by the system for the further construction of intelligent plant for rare earth smelting and separating.
